    @TRAI Airtel has closed my SIM card without any prior notice. I missed my office cab, important calls, my flight. Who is going to compensate? @airtelindia i want to lodge a formal complaint. No network since 4pm yesterday. Customer service is now asking me to get my sim replaced

    @airtelindia what’s happening in customer service worst experience. While using airtel thanks app unknowingly I selected postpaid section it automatically sent for an otp accept auto approval and I don’t receive any confirmation call my prepaid changed to postpaid. With in 5 mins

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service! Paid ₹3600 for new Airtel DTH on April 18 (Req ID: A09YE5K542R) but still NO installation after 10 days. Customer care keeps “escalating” with no action. Technician not responding at all. Is this how you treat new customers?
