  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Again I called the local office and he assured me that I will get the work done. I again called him on 26/07/2026 but he did not respond. I complained at the toll free number the same day and I was assured that the complaint has been escalated and a new complaint has been lodged.

  @airtelindia I am not been able to connect to customer care specialist (human). I have many queries to ask but eachtime-eachday I call it's all AI. And AI don't understand me and I am not understanding its accent and language. Now give me a way to talk to real human ! 🙏🏻

  @airtelindia I find most pathetic network speed I am using 5G Airtel on my mobile, I think Airtel least bothered as there is duopoly in mobile network availability in India , most unfortunate indeed. one pays for 5 G but gets not even 2G.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've had no Wi-Fi for the past 5 days despite raising a complaint last Thursday. Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.
