    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel I have 1258Rs debited two times for a from my account on May 17th during a bill payment. We were told that there will be refund of 1258 will be refunded but haven't got it till now. Terrible experience with airtel. Will share details in DM.

    @airtelindia Today the care girl called me said you have pay for replacement of copper to xstream fibre, I mean WTF is this happening first they tell that its now now just like the local airtel guy they also asking for money, I have paid them already the starting amount.#airtelservicesucks

    @airtelindia Airtel is present only on marketing portals. Customer service graph has seen a downside trend, in fact worst. I fall under Airtel black category and customer for almost 20 years. If I am facing big time concerns on customer centric issue and everyone can feel.

    @airtelindia last 6 months we are having huge difficulties with Airtelnetwork. Most of the times , no network coverage , call drop is affecting us very badly. Even after multiple request , no action had been taken. I want someone to look into this on priority.

    @airtelindia I applied for Xstream fiber in Raipur. The request was rejected due to absence of @Airtel_Presence in my area. I accepted the rejection and asked for refund on July24. There are neither any option to talk in 121, nor refund is added back in my account. Help me pls!!
