  @airtelindia Porting to Airtel Postpaid was the biggest mistake i have done. Apprx 2000 rs bill has been paid and yet issue is not solved. Just try again and wait 4hrs or 8 hrs is the statement @TRAI

  @airtelindia I've been reporting issues with internet getting disconnected for the past month. There's been no follow up, no resolution, no technician who came to check it out. Everytime I call customer care they say it'll be resolved in a day and absolutely nothing is done.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

  Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.
