Why should I travel and swap the simcard for the issue because of you @airtelindia ? I want my simcard to be get swapped at doorstep or the Pincode 577126. I wouldn't mind in going for any legal concern taking this as a serious issue.

Dear @Bajaj_Finance on a daily basis I get 3-4 calls from your dedicated sales team, inspite of multiple complaints to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you manage to call from different numbers. I feel bad for the callers, since they face the frustration.
