    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia  I have also tried sending WRR message to 51619 but the message failed immediately.I have written an email to airtel presence,but it returned immediately. With that, I tried 3 mediums:1)customer care, 2)WRR SMS service, 3)mail to airtelpresence 3/4

    @_s_vyas @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Latest on this! As anticipated, there's no traction on the request! One has to follow up daily on the request. There is no booking ID shared. There is no mechanism to track the request! To summarise, they don't need new customers to their broadband service it seems!

    .@DoT_India I'm fed up of complaining to .@Airtel_Presence .@airtelindia every month there is a broadband internet connectivity issue and they take more than 100 hours to respond to the issue and never resolve it on time Issue is still pending This has become a weekly issue
