Why should I travel and swap the simcard for the issue because of you @airtelindia ? I want my simcard to be get swapped at doorstep or the Pincode 577126. I wouldn't mind in going for any legal concern taking this as a serious issue.

In my airtel sim and volte is not working. I have enabled volte on my handset still volte is not working. I have called airtel they said you have to restart your phone and a config settings would be send and apply those settings. I did 3 4 times yet not working. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Your Airtel store in Saket Delhi is of no help either - they first of all say “there is no customer complaint forum for prepaid users anyway”. And then they proceed to sell me a postpaid plan, instead of even trying to raise a complaint for this!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2/4 However, I was completely unaware that these 4 numbers must be postpaid to enjoy the said service. Mr. Midal openly conveyed prepaid numbers are fine as well to be included in the said plan, with that I had given him 4 prepaid numbers.
