    Why should I travel and swap the simcard for the issue because of you @airtelindia ? I want my simcard to be get swapped at doorstep or the Pincode 577126. I wouldn't mind in going for any legal concern taking this as a serious issue.

    @nanigonna No use. Better to port out of @airtelindia. Struggled with their horrible internet and also support teams, (till regional escalation team). Just today my port out has been completed from airtel to @reliancejio and Jio has stable internet at least, apart from being a bit slower
