    ALERT Everytime I reacharge for 6 months, I get a validity of 5 months, I have to call customer care hear their sorry raise a complaint to get complete validity. This is the 3rd time. Is this scam @airtelindia or you guys don't know how many days in 6months #airtelbroadband

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I raised complaint twice but still did not get resolved and airtel says you resolve issue in 24hr. If this continues I'm going to switch to another network definitely.

    I received the message from @airtelindia that everything is perfect now but I still faces the issue of network disruption. What kind of pathetic service is this? You are giving trauma to customer! Please take action @airtelindia

    Extremely pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Booked a WiFi connection in Kondapur, Hyderabad on 2nd August and made the full payment upfront. We were assured installation would be completed the very next day. DSL No: 04035002876_wifi Account No. 20055439110

    @airtelindia @airtelindia If this isn’t permanently fixed immediately, we’ll have no option but to port all our Airtel connections to another operator. Stop closing tickets and start solving problems.

    Absolutely pathetic and substandard wifi service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in DLF Phase 1 Gurugram. The wifi is down for last 7 days. I had to install Jio and that is so efficient. I am really disappointed with #Airtel Wi-Fi.
