    ALERT Everytime I reacharge for 6 months, I get a validity of 5 months, I have to call customer care hear their sorry raise a complaint to get complete validity. This is the 3rd time. Is this scam @airtelindia or you guys don't know how many days in 6months #airtelbroadband

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I think it should be made mandatory for a service provider to make it convenient and free for a customer to talk to the customer care executive beyond a set format. I was shocked to know Airtel does not want it's customers to contact Customer Care Center

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI u know at Airtel the poor customer who paid for recharge well in advance can't talk to customer care executive even having a valid recharge. After a long Chase to reach option at 121 it says u don't hv sufficient balance to continue this call

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can't confirm my identification because i asked for the cash back which they assured me of before recharging using Airtel UPI. My Airtel app is a scam. My humble request to every customer, never use Airtel UPI.

    @airtelindia getting annoying calls & sms from airtel folks in regard to Amazon prime subscriptions which was disconnect through a complaint. Why can't they check their system? Please stop at once. FYI fullbyear payment for Broadband connection was paid.
