    ALERT Everytime I reacharge for 6 months, I get a validity of 5 months, I have to call customer care hear their sorry raise a complaint to get complete validity. This is the 3rd time. Is this scam @airtelindia or you guys don't know how many days in 6months #airtelbroadband

    @airtelindia I have been trying to report a problem since yesterday but you have taken away all options to talk to someone even for black customer!! I have raised automatic complaint twice since yesterday but no follow-up!! What am I supposed to do @airtel

    @airtelindia Limited browsing works, but a 5G postpaid connection is expected to perform much better. Ironically, I can't even raise a complaint via the Airtel Thanks app because it requires stable internet connectivity, the very issue I'm trying to report. Pathetic state of pp.

    Since @airtelindia chose to ignore my communications and request, I finally decided to deactivate the broadband connection. Given I was a subscriber of their Black service paid the o/standing. Now let's see Jio or ACT

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if I get disconnected from my wifi, the internet of my phone does not work. Whether in or out, it doesn't work without wifi. CN u help checking?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I called your customer services and they put me on hold for 58 mins because i am asking for a manager & after 58 min they disconnected my call , what a. Customer service… just wanted to know why my iptv not installed..

    @airtelindia Cherry on top, no one is accountable and I, we cannot do anything about it. No way to penalize them, is there a way they will refund for the service they did not provide, no! Customer service people are only doing their job and following whatever is told to them Any suggestions?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, my broadband is not working from June 1st and your so called technical team is still working to resume service. Even tried contacting multiple layers of customer care team, floor supervisor, level1/2 service manager, area manager. Its not resolved.

    @airtelindia One of my friends has been facing a Wi-Fi issue since February. Customer care gave an engineer a number to contact, but unfortunately, they are not fixing it. Very, very bad experience with Airtel. This is my second tweet about the same complaint @GhateMR
