  @airtelindia service total failure. Wifi order placed and payment made on 4th July still no installation done. Agent daily reponds today it will be done. Left frustrated. Just cancel my order and refund my money. No other way left to cancel order as app directs to chatbot.

  Dear @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia visited the Airtel Store at Laxmi Nagar to port my Jio number to Airtel prepaid. The staff refused my port request and said I must open an Airtel Payments Bank account with a ₹199 deposit to get a SIM. Kindly look into this and help. Thank you.

  @airtelindia your ****** app does not even have option to chat with customer associate. I have airfiber at my home and that trash is getting red light every now and when very frequently while my phone airtel is working at 5g. No option to raise complaints
