@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In the past 5 months since I have installed airtel fiber, there is atleast 2 days downtime every in every 7-15 days. And then they ask us to pay it in advance for 3 months so that we can't change it in between and switch to a better Service provider.

@airtelindia It is very sorry to say that Airtel fails in providing satisfactory service to its customers in hyderabad khajaguda lankoh Our connection is interrupted since 5 days, many complaints made but only assurances. There sevice engineer also not able to restore the fault.

Since the CEO of @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence isn't in Twitter there's no option but to just move on from this awful connection and get something else. They don't respond on time to anything anymore and when they do they act like they're doing you a favour.

@airtelindia Part 2 The app test shows all is good even when there is zero service it's a big sham frankly. I'm provided with a resolution & almost everytime tht's exceeded. Thr is no contact person to hold accountable as well. You have no choice bt to wait for their resolution
