    Poor customer service a new synonym for @airtelindia ,extremely bad experience after being a loyal customer for 10years, this is what we got. Being promised no charges on international roaming services and in the end snapped with a huge amount of bill. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia mobile internet is not working in our area for last 4 days. I called to @Airtel_Presence they said due to technical issues internet is not working in your area. So how many days needed to resolve the issue??what about days which is deducted from our recharge.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence "India ki fastest speed network" don't make ads like this. Don't make us fool... There is a lot of network problem in this place and also in other places.

    How @airtelindia will make zero complaints in India?? Just simply restrict you to raise the complaint. There is no way to raise the complaint in @airtelindia forum.

    @airtelindia My airtel broadband connection not working for 2 days still now steps have been taken.This is how you respond? Why your making false promises if you not able to give your service as said for the past one week daily i am raising tickets.Still dailyfacing netwk issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence To send even one single sms, minimum recharge required is 129rs. Earlier sms used to get deducted from main balance. Kudos to you for looting you so called valued customer
