It's a very curious product choice for @airtelindia to have a customer log into Airtel Thanks app with an OTP and then log in within the app again with another OTP to log into their broadband services. Very curious about the choice here. Wasn't the case a few months ago.

There is a problem with the network again. Time and again, I have been complaining that the internet service is not working. It happen after every two months. When you promise to deliver 5G service but you even can't make the service good for customers. @airtelindia

@TataPlayin @airtelindia Strange, seems nodal officers at tataplay are same as customer care.!!! What a shame. Cannot give a single info when you ask them. Seems Tata has come down to cheating people for doing business now.

@airtelindia I have a prepaid connection and my internet doesn't work most of the times. Even though the network bars are full and 4G is available at all locations. Ongoing issue from more than a month. Please sort it out.
