I have done the recharge on 12th November 2020 recharge price 558 From Airtel app using net banking when I was contacting to Airtel customer care they telling that you will get the refund in 10 days but I didn't get any amount till now. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_care

Dear @PhonePeSupport I did Rs 309 Rupees transaction to add this money in my @Airtel_Presence money bank. The amount has been deducted from the account but it's not reflecting in the my @airtelindia payment bank. The recharge is still due now. Please help me.
