    @airtelindia I have ported into Airtel from vodafone. Vodafone network has gone. Now I have inserted Airtel sim in my mobile. But no network to Airtel Sim yet. My porting mobile number is 8425873694. Pl do needful ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have an active 5G unlimited plan, but it shows that 90% of my data has already been used. How is this possible if the plan is supposed to be unlimited? This feels misleading. Please check and resolve this issue at the earliest. #Airtel #5G

    @airtelindia Using Airtel for 3–4 years but indoor network is still poor. Even after 5G upgrade, no improvement. Customer care keeps giving excuses & pushing for postpaid. Why should I switch? Fix the issue instead of giving baseless reasons. #Airtel #PoorSer

    @airtelindia very disappointed with your service. My home WiFi has been down over 48 hours despite multiple complaints and no resolution yet. At this age of technology , it is unacceptable a simple WiFi issue hasn’t been fix yet !

    @airtelindia your network quality is pafhetic , although airtel tower is nearest to my home town hardly 200meter but internet quality is poorer than 2G.. please fix my network issue or return my recharge money so that i could shift in another network.

    Booked Airtel Broadband shifting 1 week ago. Scheduled on 22 April, but no one came. Raised 3 complaints, 72+ hrs passed, still no resolution. Very poor service ,disappointing service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Stop mocking your customers!!! Don’t peruse them for connection and then just harass them like this. Your ground people are totally useless and not even responding, instead they are harassing my parents for no reason. This is seriously unacceptable. I need immediate action against this person. My connection is gone from last 5 days and no one even cares?? There are senior citizens at my home and still no one has attended for 5 days, what kind of service is this? Why do you even hire such people?     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with Airtel WiFi service. Frequent connection drops for months. Multiple service requests in March (Wi-Fi • 0402657****_WIFI on Mar 21 & Mar 26) were closed without any technician visit. No resolution even after 2 months.

    When our plan is about to expire you guys call before 4 days 5 to 10 times a day disturb us and if someone like me want to talk to customer care why can't we directly talk with human ?? It's very annoying after all you network sucks everytime so with due respect @airtelindia 🖕
