    I have lost all my patience , you can imagine it been 60hrs and no service. If you can't solve the issue in 60hrs ot shows 3rd rate technical system and of course the height of cheating. You will make me pay for no service. Disgusting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence by mistakenly I recharged my friends mobile number by 150₹. Now your customer care is saying it not possible to get refund nor to be transferred to another airtel number. One more thing is that person’s 3 months recharge got overlapped.

    @airtelindia There is no need. It is @XiaomiIndia fault. But they are blaming you guys. You can file a defamation case. Just go to any Xiaomi service center, you will see the notice they have put.

    Many #Redmi mobile users are facing #BootLoop issues. Even the notice has been put outside and inside of Mi Service Centers. They say it is due to #MyAirtel app, but it isn't. If that was the case then other phones should do the same. Come @XiaomiIndia stop blaming @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Monopoly means take money and don't give service. Last one week internet service is down my complaint is brushed aside by @airtelindia Complaint center. Don't depend on mobile internet subscribe to cabale broadband internet. for alternative link.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet is working properly after midnight to early morning, then it doesn't connect. Nothing is wrong except you have more user's then the network can handle in day time. Postpaid subscribers are hit most.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @AirtelNigeria @AIRTEL_KE @Airtel_Ug @TRAI @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate @cyber Venkat, this is the 4th time I'm facing this issue😒 Like everytime do I need to go and swap the SIM card. It would be better if I switch to some other network as @airtelindia is no longer the fastest network provider.

    Finally after 80 + hrs, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence could fix the issue. Extremely disappointed with the lethargic approach and delay in fixing customer complaints.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Reactivated my broadband on your rep's phone confirmation of Rs.1300/month, but got billed Rs.570 + Rs.1645 instead. Raised complaints via email 3 days ago — emails not going through/delayed, not my fault. Already disconnected & kept hardware ready for pickup. Need this fixed — refund + account closure confirmed in writing. Don't mislead customers and make false promises to sell your services. A/C 10101033112402 (AirtelOne) Timeline: - Apr 28, 2026: Raised disconnection request, paid in full. - Rep assured no billing while inactive, reactivate anytime. - Jun 3, 2026: Called to reactivate. First quoted Rs.1645 (vs my original Rs.1300 plan), I declined and asked for permanent disconnection. - Rep called back and confirmed reactivation at Rs.1300. I agreed based on this. - Instead I was billed ~Rs.570 within 10 days, then another Rs.1645. - Emails sent 3 days ago about this are not going through/delayed. - Service already disconnected on my end 3 days ago. Hardware ready for pickup.

    @airtelindia without consent, with no direct unsubscribe option. WiFi support says I must download the app and share my personal details in order to unsubscribe. Supervisor Sumit disconnected the call and refused to register a complaint and the best part is I never subscribed.

    @airtelindia it's been more than a week , DTH is showing due amount when I tried to reach the support team they are not able to breakdown the due amount which is reflecting...raised a complaint,went to multiple airtel stores still no one could able to give me a solution, respond

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence While Amaravati is being developed as a world-class capital city with modern infrastructure, residents of Pedaparimi are still struggling with poor Airtel network coverage, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet connectivity.

    @airtelindia Set top box firmware got corrupt. Technician asking payment of 850 rs for new set top box. No physical damage it's firmware issue of set top box why customer needs to pay for it?

Later, the installation engineer informed me that service is unavailable in my area. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response or update from Airtel
