@airtelindia is a pain when it comes to connection termination. Been trying to terminate a connection for 3 months now. Multiple escalations and phone calls. Yet, bills keep getting generated. Will never opt for Airtel again.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence by mistakenly I recharged my friends mobile number by 150₹. Now your customer care is saying it not possible to get refund nor to be transferred to another airtel number. One more thing is that person’s 3 months recharge got overlapped.

@airtelindia Pathetic Service. My Airtel DTH connection 3045280995-1 is inactive from last 5-6 days. XStream box had restarting issue. They gave new box, but taking lot of time to activate it. Very bad service.
