Now your customer care is saying it not possible to get refund nor to be transferred to another airtel number. One more thing is that person’s 3 months recharge got overlapped.

We faced similar issue in April and your guys took 3 days to fix I work from home, I need wifi all the time. If you don't fix this in next 1 hr then disconnect permanently I'll get another provider.
