    @airtelindia is a pain when it comes to connection termination. Been trying to terminate a connection for 3 months now. Multiple escalations and phone calls. Yet, bills keep getting generated. Will never opt for Airtel again.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Monopoly means take money and don't give service. Last one week internet service is down my complaint is brushed aside by @airtelindia Complaint center. Don't depend on mobile internet subscribe to cabale broadband internet. for alternative link.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence by mistakenly I recharged my friends mobile number by 150₹. Now your customer care is saying it not possible to get refund nor to be transferred to another airtel number. One more thing is that person’s 3 months recharge got overlapped.
