    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Monopoly means take money and don't give service. Last one week internet service is down my complaint is brushed aside by @airtelindia Complaint center. Don't depend on mobile internet subscribe to cabale broadband internet. for alternative link.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service sucks. It is been two days the internet is down. It was my biggest mistake that upgraded the plan to Platinum. Porting is definitely on the cards. Folks kindly suggest between @reliancejio @Idea

    Looks like @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is simply not interested in solving the issues. 48 hrs not except for two nonsense tweets no action at all. In a competitive world, this kind of apathy is rare.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #Airtel sud give credit to my unused data of 273GB or sudnot raise the bill until I use unused data due slow data and blackout. My complaint internet connectivity pending over a month. Is any body listening?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence by mistakenly I recharged my friends mobile number by 150₹. Now your customer care is saying it not possible to get refund nor to be transferred to another airtel number. One more thing is that person’s 3 months recharge got overlapped.

    Facing terrible service glitch from @airtelindia . Upgraded plan to Platinum only to find no internet service since yesterday evening. The call centre tells me it would take 4 working days, typical. Went to store the response is same. Extremely frustrating @Airtel_Presence

It would be better if I switch to some other network as @airtelindia is no longer the fastest network provider.

    @airtelindia I requested Wi-Fi cancellation in February after shifting, but bills are still being generated. Outstanding is ₹2500. Customer care asked me to pay ₹500 and said the remaining ₹2000 would be waived off, but it hasn't been updated yet. Please check. 04027276443

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @TheSunilMittal Airtel has been one of the worst internet service providers I've dealt with. Their ads promise quick support and priority complaint resolution, but my experience has been the exact opposite. I would not recommend Airtel to anyone.

    @airtelindia The new customer service agent when called by the user cannot see the description/issue of the complaint raised by the previous agent, due to which the user has to explain everything once again. This wastes the users time and causes delayed resolution
