    @airtelindia is a pain when it comes to connection termination. Been trying to terminate a connection for 3 months now. Multiple escalations and phone calls. Yet, bills keep getting generated. Will never opt for Airtel again.

    After recharge ur msg says it is successful bt d app says unsuccessful when i try to contact care of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI after following all d instructions on customer care no. It is not connecting to ur care executive. If ur not able 2 connect plz shut ur company

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence by mistakenly I recharged my friends mobile number by 150₹. Now your customer care is saying it not possible to get refund nor to be transferred to another airtel number. One more thing is that person’s 3 months recharge got overlapped.

    Facing terrible service glitch from @airtelindia . Upgraded plan to Platinum only to find no internet service since yesterday evening. The call centre tells me it would take 4 working days, typical. Went to store the response is same. Extremely frustrating @Airtel_Presence

    I have lost all my patience , you can imagine it been 60hrs and no service. If you can't solve the issue in 60hrs ot shows 3rd rate technical system and of course the height of cheating. You will make me pay for no service. Disgusting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Many #Redmi mobile users are facing #BootLoop issues. Even the notice has been put outside and inside of Mi Service Centers. They say it is due to #MyAirtel app, but it isn't. If that was the case then other phones should do the same. Come @XiaomiIndia stop blaming @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @JioCare @TRAI During these calls, I was falsely informed that my UPC (Unique Porting Code) had been blocked by Airtel and that I needed to send an SMS in the format "CANCEL and number " to 1900 to unblock it. This is misleading, as sending that SMS would cancel my porting request.

    Dear @airtelindia , I’m using the ₹449 Postpaid plan, but there’s still no proper 5G signal. Most of the time it’s only 4G,and I even have to climb onto a building to catch a weak 5G signal. Please improve the 5G coverage. The experience doesn’t match the Airtel 5G Plus promise.

    @airtelindia My Digital TV remote (Black Plan) has not been working for the last two days. Both your chat support and phone support have been unhelpful, and my issue is still unresolved. The remote is less than a year old, so I expect a ASAP replacement under warranty.
