    @airtelindia hopeless staff at your whitefield vydehi showroom. Is it your protocol to give wrong information?? Because of the incapable staffs there I have to keep calling Customer care and run to the showroom. I am sick and tired. Shame on #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence am I the only one, or it's really that #Airtel sucks at customer care. I was wrongly charged a double amount, and all I am ending on are automated messages

    It's 10 days to get installation and subscribtion of Airtel fiber but didn't get bill yet. The guy who provided this service to my home assured me that i will get bill within a week. But now he is not responding. Also i am not getting bill on thanks app. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I guess you should shut your doors because so many peoples are facing an issue like me (1 of my number is registered in Gujarat circle) now I moved to Karnataka so I am not able to convert from postpaid to prepaid your policy says that you need to be in circle

    @aajtak Please show in news that @airtelindia mobile network is very awesome that when i am inside my house no network in my mobile. second thing when i am in village which is near by capital of gujarat within 40 kms,airtel open network is gone as it is open network, no network😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic support services. internet not working since morng. I registered complaint @10:25 am. Called 4 times on call centre . Still no action taken 😡😡😡😡

    @airtelindia World's wrst service provider ever, Who is just thr to steal money. Btr switch to @JioCare rather thn usng @airtelindia thy r dacoits, i hav paid fr thr service a mnth bck tht too for 6 mnths n nthr service nor refund i hav gt frm thm. Evn aftr following up many tyms. Pathetic

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima pathetic service for jio fibre in Bangalore .They have huge shortage of staff and not able to assign a engineer on site . @airtelindia I have used airtel for 15 years,don't loose hope .None can come near your service levels

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia if your company is not able to handle customer problem and charging bills without any usages then let us know because we are paying bills with our hard earned money. Need to solve it on AEAP basis and reimburse our bill charges accordingly.
