    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I asked for help to add a channel and your co-worker, in his enthusiasm, didn’t bother to check which connection out of the two I had asked for. Also, I waited for more than 4.5 hours for a call back. I need to get this sorted ASAP.

    I am disappointed with the promises made by airtel. They said me flat cashback of ₹40 for recharge of ₹698. But they credited me with ₹10 only. I am unable to reach their customer care. I wrote email and no response. Really pathetic experience. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
