@ViCustomerCare Sir, Speed? Kaha hai network hi nahi hai. We are not able to call or use internet services. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is the only network that works here. 📶

@airtelindia why you claim for zero complaint target when you are not ready to accept any complaint. Don't know why you locked customer care support in your IVR,you internet sucks,you sevice worst you banking care is always on maintance. What's the use of your SIM than?

@airtelindia why isn't there any customer care number to talk to customer care executive. With your so many automated options, customer gets exhausted and end up with no luck as well to talk to customer executive. Useless.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia dear I am staying in Rhenock (Sikkim) . Your airtel tower located near Chalisay cantt is not working half of the time. As per person in charge he doesn't have generator to provide the power. Pl look into this as people are not having airtel network
