    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm in Airtel postpaid family plan (5 connections+ DTH). But here no signals in my location. I was calling customer care multiple time but every time they are saying that it will come soon, like this they are saying since last 6 months.

    2. Your app has failed to recharge my FASTAG due to your pathetic mobile app experience and ZERO customer representative support. Due to which I have to stand in long queues at tolls for paying through cash (double the amount), waste my time, and money. @airtelbank @airtelindia

    1. Hi @airtelbank @airtelindia team. Your Fastag service is the poorest and harassing if someone wants to use it. I and my whole family have been loyal customers of airtel for decades but AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK has the worst service I have ever experienced.
