    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From past 1 year there is no v-fiber cable in area and my plan is 40MBPS but getting speed of 24MBPS. I have been complaining it every time but they don’t respond on customer calls. Now they also removed the customer care direct call option also.

    @Airtel_Presence Moreover, I've been calling the CS team since yesterday and no action has been taken on my installation request. A customer can be calm for a while but you guys have crossed the line. Your services are pathetic @airtelindia even @HathwayTV are better 👏👏
