@airtelindia Big claims in ads of Airtel Black like dedicated service team etc etc, but of no use. The team commits to call back (4 times) in half an hour, but no response ever. Pathetic service! Stop making fool of people by big claims when you can't resolve simple issues.

@airtelindia for a network that claims to be India’s largest I have no connectivity in a city like Mumbai in an area called Mumbai Central. I have to rely on another networks hot spot to even attend calls or type this very message.
