@airtelindia The Airtel fiber modem is malfunctioning and has to be restarted multiple times a day to get the wifi working. No response yet to complaint raised yesterday with ticket ID 10006664869. Worst services ever.

@airtelindia I have shifted to a different place and contacted your “dedicated” Airtel black support to reconnect my broadband. My request is open for more than 5 days now. No one has given me a call back and they keep extending the ETA by 24 hrs.
