    @airtelindia @Param_Sidhu77 First, take care of your customers, listen to them and resolve basic issues. You will not have to do all this to please them. I have been requesting since last month to cancel my connection, Airtel is not doing so and instead sending me monthly bills. This is very unreasonable.

    @airtelindia Being the best network I don't know how you have such terrible customer service. They say it will be resolved in the next 5 days, so if I call after the next 5 days they comeback saying we need 24hrs to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia I have been raising a concern with the customer care through phone for the past 2 years and my issue has not been resolved.When ever i call they say complaint has not been registered.I haven't seen such a worst customer service and you give add everywhere we are best

    @airtelindia FRAUD by Airtel Shameless service from Airtel. There was a bill of 404 Rupees to be adjusted from Airtel but they are making me to call them every day since 2 months but it is not getting adjusted. They are creating request to adjust it and it is cancelling. @TRAI @reliancejio
