    @airtelindia FIBRENET down. Lodged complaint. See response “Hi, Your service request no. 138154718 has been assigned to engineer (E1_KARTHICK_1201611), He will be visiting at your premises between (08 Oct 2021 12:30:00 PM - 08 Oct 2021 01:30:00 PM).” 48 hours to fix connectivity!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been raise a complaint three dys before. But not getting any follow up. I am waiting for solution. My recent experience with Airtel is worst. The don't have value of customer. I never airtel to any one . Airtel Don't care of there customer.

    @airtelindia when you guys provide shift connection option then try to fulfill it .Last 10 days I am waiting for Service request 137694692 to be resolved but such a pathetic service you provide that I have to go for disconnection.

    @JioCare pathetic service by you today.. If this was pre-planned you should inform your customers on the same.. I hope you stop taking customer's for granted and offer seamless service 24*7*365. Looks like it's time to go back to @airtelindia
