    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia Plans are called "unlimited" because you never get cut off and never pay extra fees for using more data, for your case it treated as commecial use. You need to opt commercial plans

I have been an Airtel Fiber customer for approximately one year. I have an Airtel Fiber connection installed at my premises, but the fiber wire has not been fixed properly; it is hanging loosely in the street/near my house. This poses a serious risk of the wire getting severed. If the wire breaks, my service will be completely disrupted, causing me significant inconvenience. I have informed the technician about this issue several times, but no one has come to rectify it so far. Therefore, I earnestly request you to forward this complaint to the concerned technician and have the wire secured and fixed as soon as possible to prevent any issues.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI It's very annoying to register a complaint everytime either through my thanks app or through IVR. That is the sole reason I am writing here to get the attention of airtel technical team. Being a valued customer and postpaid family plan user, never expected a service like this.

    Hello @airtelindia i have recharged ₹1099 plan for 84 days with 5g and 4g unlimited data on june 23rd but after 1 month i am not being able to use internet, the data cycle didn’t reset after 1st month, so i called your service providers they keep giving me dates Please help

    Its being more then a week my #airtel sim is not working i have requested duplicate sim from airtel store after submitting all the required documents still duplicate sim is not approved Very bad service by #airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
