    Leaving this piece of ****, @airtelindia. I'll be porting my Airtel number to jio in 1 week @TRAI pls act against this fraudster @airtelindia. They promise unlimited 5G, but it's a lie. Their unlimited 5G plans are capped at just 1.5 GB to 2.5 GB data, depending on the plan.

    @airtelindia Your customer care number is not connecting, and despite posting my complaint on Twitter, I still haven't received any response. Where is a customer supposed to go for help? This is extremely frustrating and irresponsible. Please contact me immediately .

    This is extremely disappointing. A customer has repeatedly contacted your support team, complied with your instructions, and yet the mobile service continues to remain barred. Instead of resolving the issue, your executives have provided contradictory responses and repeatedly demanded payments without any proper clarification. This reflects poorly on your customer service and grievance redressal mechanism. Didn’t expect this from you, @airtelindia.
