    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got a a brand new connection of xtreme fiber yesterday and the installation was pretty quick. The connection is live and active but I am unable to login/register on the xtreme fiber IOS App. It says “The number is not registered with broadband”.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Xtreme fibre down from past 24 hrs !Raised request yesterday at 4:38 pm,Service Request No -133385118,No update from said engineer nor from airtel exe called airtel personal morning but still, till now service is down,will the service resume today ?

    I know @airtelindia’s service isn’t great but I never thought it’s ****. They shoved a 3 months broadband plan to me couple of days back and internet isn’t working 80% of the time. Fiber my ***. I’d highly recommend not to take Airtel at any cost. Gonna change my prepaid too.

    @HathwayBrdband Very pathetic Service. Everyday frequent internet disconnection. spoken to the service guy, no help. Its time to change @airtelindia Plz dnt even consider taking Hathway. One of the worst. Its a pain when you wfh, in Production system and @HathwayBrdband ditch you
