    @airtelindia I am raising complaint regarding network issue from last 10 days. Very ridiculous network is performing worst than 2G. No any action taken from your end. I have 3 airtel nos. Tomorrow I will port in Jio. 2 pre n 1 postpaid. Horrible service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team, very pathetic experience post migrating from Copper to Optical fibre for broadband. 1. Less than desired speed 2. Poor coverage with new router In addition to above literally no action or response from tech engineer from last 3 days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why was I charged 50 rs for a new sim card. Replacement SIM cards are usually free. It was ur fault that there was no network on my 1 year old sim and I was asked to replace it. Money making tactic?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue seems to have been resolved after a night’s complete outage. Request you to strengthen your infra as much as possible, as it seems too overwhelmed to support such a large user base.

    @airtelindia Thre’s constant disconnect of Airtel Fiber in my area nd ur employee Ajay Diwate is nt courteous to tell the reason of disconnects. If ur team nt competent 2 provide a constant service thn pls disconnect ur service from Society. We wld like 2 approach @tataplayfiber

    Shifted from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare and than to @JioCare but the network issue and the internet issues remain the same. The services are so pathetic. Just tierd with these private service providers. Never their customer resolves issues, only copy paste replies #trai
