    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am not able to use broadband from few days as it keeps disconnecting even while the diagnose option on airtel app shows that internet is working. Also I am not able to raise a service request from app as it always ask to call 121. Please help!!

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can please cancel my order id 21-42373971139 because you guys are most pathetic service provider, i was told i will get installation within 24 hrs but it is almost 48 hours but still there is no installation from your side.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Please look into this as this is a very serious issue people are facing. Airtel has been looting customers on the pretext of providing broadband services. Reality is that they don't even have the necessary infrastructure set-up needed for the same.

    Almost 3 to 4 complaints are lodged on 02044444121. Consumer forum is the only choice left if the issue is not resolved asap. After your DM I will share the contact details @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet broadband service is down since 10am today in Pune,Hadapsar, and the ETR given on IVR was 13.58, and now it says that new ETR is 16.58. Why it is taking long time ro get resolved? Even your IVR is not giving option to connect agent.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue seems to have been resolved after a night’s complete outage. Request you to strengthen your infra as much as possible, as it seems too overwhelmed to support such a large user base.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I need to renew my current annual internet plan but the app shows the amount to be paid is INR 0.20 instead of the required amount for my plan. My due date is today and I don't want cancellation in service. A callback was promised at 11:30AM today.

    @indianomicstv Why are services permitted to be rolled out when they are not fully prepared? Imagine the money service providers collect in name of carrot shown as 5G. Over 24 hrs no internet. False promises from @airtelindia Certainly not expected from today's @MinistryofTelecommuncation

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I just had my #Airtel Fiber BB issue fixed a couple of days ago and today for the past 30 minutes entire #Airtel coverage is gone. Voice, cellular data, Fiber BB everything is gone. WHAT’s GOING ON? I’m using another network’s hotspot to post this.

    Shame on @airtelindia . Broadband provider are charging bill of 30 days. we are paying bill every month of 30 days but due this connection issues we get broadband services for 25-26 days a month. then why the customer should pay bill of 30 days if we get such interrupted service.

    In Muthulapuram, Theni district, Tamil Nadu, the network completely drops whenever there is a power cut. We pay for uninterrupted connectivity—not service that disappears when it’s needed most.Ensure proper power backup for towers in rural areas @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @perplexity_ai I raised multiple complaints regarding my internet issue. Every time, a technician gets assigned but no one visits. Then the complaint is marked as completed without any customer confirmation or feedback on whether the issue was actually resolved. Please look into this urgently.

    Hi @AirtelIndia, I’m facing a serious network issue. Despite having a 5G-enabled phone and an Airtel tower located just below my residence, the network is either very weak or not available at all. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia This looks like a serious service lapse, if not fraud. My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result: - My static IP address was removed - My landline number was discontinued - Now I’m being told these cannot be restored Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage. I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.” This is unacceptable. I need: Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade Immediate resolution or rollback options Accountability for the disruption caused Kindly address this urgently.
