    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trust you me, Airtel is the Worst Network in India. You are saying special care for Platinum clients but Slow Network in City like Kolkata. Don't upgrade to 5G, downgrade to 2G to give at least basic service honestly.

    @airtelindia Hi, I'd recently ported to Airtel from jio in expections of better network, and it's rather disappointing to see the network to be as bad as jio. Please look into this problem asap.
