    @airtelindia It is really disgusting that a simple shifting of a wifi connection in Jammu has taken more than 7 days. Yet still no sign of engineer. 15 calls to your customer service has yielded no result. Maybe that's why your competitors are doing better.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been facing a lot of frequent disconnection with the Wifi. I have raised it multiple times , still it is not resolved. Please help me with the resolution or else I would opt to discontinue the service.

    Calling on customer care is imposible @airtelindia , tried multiple times, press this & that, what the F is going on? unable to get OTP from many services and many time call don't connect.

    U can fight against Customer Care department for telling fake recharge to Wifi & Mobile, and Customer Care department is not responding to this issues. Kindly take action on this department. And department is not connect to the Supercisor. #AirtelFightsSPAM @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Bro, if you cannot provide good speed and uninterrupted internet why do you claim and charge price of 5g. I recharged my sim with a 3999 recharge a 5g unlimited plan, it never runs smooth and interrupted. Airtel is getting bakwaas month by month. Porting to Jio!

    @TRAI Home, @airtelindia charges 1060/- per month but most of the time its down! Premium charges but rubbish customer care with stupid bots & AI.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why your company HR sucks? Lack of clowns Literally harrassed an employee by asking him to come 200km away rather than doing video call or using better medium That guy lost his father due to heartattack but stuck in Patna because of useless HR
