    @airtelindia provide connectivity for more than an entire day and cannot even provide a proper update on the outage? Need immediate escalation, a restoration ETA, and clarity on compensation for this downtime.

    @airtelindia you got the wrost service and the worst staff, your staff just waits for 6 pm so that they can run away from your work and let the customer suffer, pathetic service and worst network, never hoped @airtelindia will fall this low

    @Airtel_Presence Day 8 of my airtel airfibre wifi outage- Service Request No. 31-1000014174579, dated 8june closed without resolution. Req 31-1000014292419 13/6 still pending. No one visited. Airtel is still sleeping @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have complained about the internet not coming through my Wi-Fi and a technician has yet to reach me. It has been three days since the internet went out. Would you be willing to pay for the three days of service? You claim to be the best priority Wi-Fi company ?????
