    @airtelindia I recharged my mobile today and my current plan validity was about to expire after some days. Now the loot is you have expired my current plan and activated new plan. So those days of current plan are wasted. This never happened to me with @reliancejio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I placed a request yesterday to upgrade to Airtel Black and people from your sales team called twice and were sending field reps to get the Fiber and DTH installations but nothing has happened yet. You do not make it easy to get any help either..1/2

    @airtelindia I am shocked to see the service quality of Airtel in my branch. I wish ppl making meme on public sectors have an equal eye for pvt company and show them some light in poor service quality. It’s been 10 days I’m juggling on call and number of new representatives.
