@airtelindia @DoT_India hell lot of problems with Airtel team. Totally confused support staff and equal capabilities at the Airtel stores, unable to handle a fibre upgrade request for a month now. Wonder if making “ Zero complaint” is just a serious ad.

my airtel fibre broadband connection is 05424004599. airtel always reduce download speed to 9 MBPS though I have 100 MBPS plan. Have raised a complaint with customer care but they are not providing any resolution. pathetic service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia has the worst customer support. They don't have any solution to sim swap/replacement rejection. They want their customer to visit from one circle to another to replace the sim card. How pathetic!! Even after repeated calls/escalation nobody is bothered to resolve.

@airtelindia I'm using my prepaid number. Having an unlimited recharge package, I'm unable to call and use data. "Unable to call because of insufficient balance press star to take 10 rupees loan 🥴" Such a bad experience. My personal number, I've important calls. Fix it ASAP.
