    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel customer service is ****. I tried visiting their store. The staff legit told me we can’t do anything other than raise complaint which I had already done. Recommended me to switch networks since they were not sure how long it would take to resolve the problem in my area

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Send legal notice to the Airtel Nodal Officer and CEO in same email, demand unconditional apologies with prior compensation for wrong doings, mental agony and loss of what yours. If they don't follow file complaint to consumer court.

    @airtelindia Choosing Airtel black is worst decision for you if u are living with family if the connection is interrupted your family cannot watch TV and you also cannot work as IT professional from your home. I made a mistake going to discontinue this service

    To make matters worse, I’m now being asked to purchase the service again and wait for a refund of the amount already paid. There is no proper cstmr support, no resolution, and I dnt even have an option to cancel the service. Extremely disappointing experience. (3/3) @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have visited CP store in Delhi as my mother SIM got corrupted, but I was given some other SIM number, I came to know in night after network come. Did he alloted some other SIM to other person in my mother name ?
