    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am not getting resolution . Today also visited Airtel Store at Alipore, Kolkata but could not get resolution. Met and Requested Mr Pravin but resolution is still pending. Store Manager was on leave. I have taken Wi-Fi Connection from Airtel Wi-Fi 03334669032. Paid all amounts asked for. However not getting TV Connection Activated. Airtel represent Mr Ishaan, mobile no +91 89813 12074 is not able to provide resolution. Struggling to get TV Set Top connection to watch TV since last two months. Corrective Action is required. Please help.

    What's happening with airtel network in Chennai? I live in OMR. In the entire OMR, the 4G&5G is breaking. Voice calls and internet calls are breaking in all places. In RMZ tower open space, the signal is just single point. Tried both 5G & 4G and its pathetic. @airtelindia

    Even though I paid my Airtel Business connection bill on 25/07, I’m still receiving messages saying the bill is overdue and that my connection will be discontinued. I raised a ticket on 30/07 and shared all the necessary documents, but the issue is still unresolved @airtelindia

Their customer service seems very good at giving assurances, but unfortunately, the actual resolution never seems to arrive. After repeated promises and “updates,” the issue is still unresolved.     @airtelindia @DoT_India Since lat 10days my TV connection is showing error, made compalint 10times on 121, only recorded msg respond but no complaint token raised, IVR said technical person will come on payment basis, but no one came yet. This is disgusting and very irritating.

    @airtelindia Improve your service. Have booked Obe Airtel service (No 10101033877779) but IPTV service yet not started even after 5 days. No system of contacting customer service. Chat in Airtel app yielded no result. Pathetic service.

    Visited Airtel Store – Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru today (8 Aug 2026) at around 4:10 PM to port my Jio number to Airtel prepaid. The store representative told me that the prepaid porting link/server is not working and that they can only process a postpaid connection @airtelindia

    @airtelindia As a corporate customer we have multiple connections for over 5 years now. The bills are always paid on time... Still when it comes to a simple SIM SWAP issue - there is no physical individual to help. No phone number that let's us speak to a human!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago 48 hour since the sim has been blocked. Local Airtel store struggling to find a way for successful SIM swap. We are a business customer with registered business portal but unable to get a single human to respond!
