    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service I could expect from Airtel DTH service, I have already selected the channels and submitted it twice by scanning the barcode on 2 Feb, but the plan has not been implemented till now. Customer care service doesn't have any knowledge.

    @airtelindia **** all network service ... the moment i enter my house the network vanishes. Everytime there is an emergency i have to get out of the house to message anyone. Everytime we complain your comapny ask for stupid letters 😡😡😡😡

    @airtelindia Have selected some Channels, but the DTH Set-top box has a mind of its own - selected channels not working, some FTA channels not working . Customer Care numbers not going through. Total chaos !!

    Selected channels on airtel dth and confirmed b4 31st Jan'19. Still it is showing all channels. When I went back to URL it says to select the package again. CC never picking up calls, after 7min of wait call gets disc. I've the screenshot of ref # @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    After being fed-up of the bad connectivity of @reliancejio I used @airtelindia 4g connection. To my surprise it was excellent. I am truly satisfied. Solving our problems sometimes needs thinking bit different. Now let me test Airtel during travel. If better. Goodbye @JioCare
