@airtelindia pathetic service you guys provide. Being your loyal postpaid customer since years am having trouble getting my issue resolved. Its like calling the customer care and getting the same monotonous response. When will my network and connectivity issue be resolved.

@airtelindia I have ported a sim to Airtel from Jio on 11/02/2021. However till now I have no network on my aim after changing the SIM several times. The standard reply after several calls is change SIM, reboot the phone. I am tired and will port back. Disappointed!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia company should spend money on putting more network towers 2 ensure a good network & not on advertisements giving tall claims of excellent network,no call drops, super fast data speed etc.,which r all false.The network & data speed r pathetic.

I paid to #Airtel through AMEX Card for installation of wifi extender gadget and service on 31st March. I was promised installation by 1st April. @Airtel_Presence made my April fool and I am waiting for the deliverables until today. Hopeless service by @airtelindia. @DoT_India

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Our broadband has not been working since 31Mar. SR10157820774 was closed without resolution on 3Apr. Registered a new one SR10159949471 on 4Apr but it got closed again on 6Apr. We have not received even a single call from ur side. Pls fix it urgently
