    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been faced since day 1 of postpaid connection ,more than 15days. No benefit of getting postpaid, This issue is on every location, Shouldn't have ported out from Jio @reliancejio @JioCare to Airtel, just needed postpaid so had to .. regret my decision

    @airtelindia Created SR 10017384799 for Airtel BB issue 4 week back. Jan 11 created SR 10014186590. They forced me and got the Happy code. When the issue is not resolved instead of reopening the SR airtel cust care created new SR. Please help.
