    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

    @airtelindia Truly India's FASTEST.....IN BECOMING WORST..... Pathetic Network.... Super Pathetic Customer Care service....If you want new connection, can easily get done in less than 30 mins. Once you become their customer, can't even connect to customer care within 2 hrs..
