    Very disappointed with Airtel 4G internet in Kolkata. Fails to deliver the promised speed and experience, and service has become even worse after amphan. Can’t contact family there in such dire times @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever I complain about the network issue; you guys have got the same excuse. You are fast in terms of collecting money but your internet speed is not that fast. If the problem continue to persist then extend my recharge date. Very bad service.

    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @airtelindia I have Airtel prepaid with one year validity in UP East, Kushinagar district, most of time when I call on this my number listen "incoming call is not available on this number, it will resume after recharge" . Plz current your network and others.

    We are using Airtel family pack with very poor connectivity. Unable to utilize at least 300GB per month that much poor connectivity. Couple of time we gave complain but no hope. @airtelindia should pay panalty to users for poor connection.
