Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I booked an Airtel broadband connection. But Airtel has not installed it yet . It is almost a week. Therefore I have called customer care to cancel my order. He said he cancelled the order But I have not received a refund yet. Kindly check this.

@airtelindia every day there is problem of data exhausted. It's an irony that my 1 GB data gets exhausted only by posting 1 video of 3 min on insta .. what's the calculation?? And more funny part is that there is no one on the customer service number for the problem redress

@Airtel_Presence Hey Anurag, For the first time in my life, I’m finding #airtel @airtelindia non compliant and unethical. Absolutely no support !! Now I’m finding an option and it seems #jio has better and more compliant services and norms than #Airtel . 53 days no resolution.
