Amar (@amarimmortal) reported@airtelindia It is really disgusting that a simple shifting of a wifi connection in Jammu has taken more than 7 days. Yet still no sign of engineer. 15 calls to your customer service has yielded no result. Maybe that's why your competitors are doing better.

Left with no option we had to trouble shoot ourselves. Pathetic!!!
