    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @TRAI @NSEIndia @BSEIndia There is lot of network issue in @chikodi pin 591201. We are facing call drops, one way calls and mute call issues. This is not the acceptable service for the amount you guys are charging to customer.

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    Absolutely the most horrific customer service experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last 2 days, it is so unfortunate that Indian companies never manage to keep up a consistently uniform experience
