    The duopoly has led to the creation of these absurd terms and conditions. This is completely unacceptable. I pay for my internet service, and I should be able to use it without arbitrary restrictions. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal My airtel airfiber is down from the past 3 days.Escalated in twitter four times and still no resolution. Understand the outages and technical issues but even after complaining 4 times, no resolution. Can anyone please look into this ?

    @airtelindia absolutely disgraceful the support you provide. Two times I requested for iptv but the request was taken for dth. In a span of 45 days I paid Rs 500 twice , no refund and I end up chasing your customer support who have absolutely no clue on what’s going on. Extremely disappointed. Terrible

    @airtelindia - I have taken mistakenly your WiFi connection, I raised multiple complaints almost 7 tickets. Surprisingly, all the tickets have been marked as Resolved without getting a single call or visit. Your customer care has not taken responsibility to provide the resolution
