    @Airtel wifi down for 4 days. Repeatedly told “4-24 hrs resolution” but no action. Assigned technicians (Brahamand & Nagendra) not responding after first call despite multiple attempts. Fix this immediately or process a refund so I can switch. Unacceptable service. @airtelindia
