  Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From 02-Nov-22, all my prepaid services got suspended. I have an active 1 yr plan subscription. I raised complaint, customer care asking me to wait till 10th Nov. It is affecting my bau. Totally disappointed. Already sent complaint details in DM.
