    @airtelindia @airtelindia uses AI to close customer tickets without addressing it. I have opened tickets for same issue and every time airtel closes it without addressing it. They do not contact, they do not try to know if issue is resolved, just closes the ticket. #fakepromises #badservice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being billed for 2 WiFi connections when only 1 exists—and that too not working. No internet for 2 days, no support, only rescheduled complaints. Field team says “cancel & take new”! This is harassment. Fix immediately. #Airtel

    @airtelindia @SunilBhartiMittal I’m repeatedly facing severe issues with Airtel Xstream internet in Malad west. The service drops every 10–15 days and takes 24–48 hours to restore despite complaints. This level of instability and slow support is unacceptable for a paid service.

    @airtelindia My AirFiber connection (ID: 032627953103_wifi) has been unresolved for over 1 month. Repeated complaints but no proper resolution. My IT team has suggested router replacement, but no action yet.
