    Hi @Airtel_Presence can I expect good signal strength at my home (Sultangacha, WB-712148 only 55km frm Kolkata). I've stopped recharging UL Plan for last 3 mnths, just bcoz of poor signal strength now thinking to switch. BSNL,Jio has 100% signal strength here. @airtelindia

    For more customer friendly app, please provide a button, at the same screen as shown in the previous tweet, for cancelling an already made plan change request. You may provide such button for a certain duration of time, say for 02 or 03 hours from request submission. @airtelindia
