  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being billed for 2 WiFi connections when only 1 exists—and that too not working. No internet for 2 days, no support, only rescheduled complaints. Field team says “cancel & take new”! This is harassment. Fix immediately. #Airtel

  @airtelindia I am trying to raise a complaint for my wifi issue where the main cable got cut, but I am unable to both ur chat service and ivr are running in a loop no way to interact with an actual human. It's so frustrating, maybe I should switch to jio or something else

  @airtelindia. @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor service. Both Airtel Black numbers not receiving incoming calls—callers hear “switched off” while phones are ON. Data works. Complaint raised, no fix. Resolve ASAP or will port out.
