    I cancld my addon services from @airtelindia using app, got a msg after 2 days, that my service has been renewed. I tried calling customer care, ivr on every submenu keep on presenting my current bill details and at end of sub menus of 5-6 levels it asked raise complaint on app

    @airtelindia Service Request Number 31-1000013076197. Been struggling with phone network connectivity at my Home since Feb’26. Airtel folks doesn’t seem to be bothered but. Zero accountability. Zero Assurance. Zero Empathy. Atrocious services by Airtel.

    @airtelindia OMG, I raised my WiFi + DTH shifting request on 7th April and it was supposed to get fixed by 9th?! Where is it at?! I have already called customer support 6-7 times. Until now, no technician has called for installation.Can you please check Request ID: 10897766979

    However, I did not receive any notification, call, or email regarding the completion of the free period. Now, when I am trying to surrender the service, I am being asked to pay a bill. This feels completely unfair and misleading. Check dm @airtelindia
