  @airtelindia what’s happening in customer service worst experience. While using airtel thanks app unknowingly I selected postpaid section it automatically sent for an otp accept auto approval and I don’t receive any confirmation call my prepaid changed to postpaid. With in 5 mins

  @airtelindia Bought an IR Pack that works as beautifully as your customer care - not at all. Complained multiple times but zero resolution. Billing works flawlessly though. So the only active service is taking money? Never gonna recommend to even my worst enemies.

  I request one and all to discontinue using @airtelindia Even a dedicated service executive doesn't have any answers, he understands concern but not able to help @airtelindia - more breakdowns than uptime in broadband. 99% mobile is out of network in Ahmedabad. @AshwiniVaishnaw

  @airtelindia why is the official grievance number for Karnataka as posted by your official documentation an invalid number? How many more people will you try to fool? This isn’t a small amount of money, pathetic customer service, never recommend to anyone
