  Such a poor service from @airtelindia I have recharge of unlimited 5 g data but it's not working.. showing that u have used 2 gb data and now recharge again.. @airtelindia and customer care saying that I will be resolved but when and how.?? Shame on u @airtelindia need solution

  @airtelindia I raised a complaint from yesterday till now there is no response from the technician. I tried 4 times to customer service they are saying they escalated. I do not understand to whom they escalated and why the internet is not restored. request ID: 11031634693

  Biggest mistake was choosing Jio over @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Airtel actually respects customer uptime. If a technician isn’t at my doorstep tomorrow morning to fix SR000037DBEP, consider this my official notice of cancellation.
