  Worst service ever @airtelindia , almost 1 week since Wi-Fi stopped working and no resolution. Technician never picks up and contact Center always say that they are sorry and do nothing. Pls Remove my connection instantly.

  Then @airtelindia raised request to disconnect my airfiber connection instead of fiber. Later they restored by airfiber connection and refusing to refund remaining balance. Cheaters sitting in airtel entered in system that customer wants to continue connection which I never.

  @airtelindia, there are two issues with the Airtel Business account. Once the service is suspended due to non payment of the bill on time, you need another internet service to make the payment. At least Airtel website should be allowed to use.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence today is day 11 after submitting request for New Air Fibre connection installation and it hasn’t happened yet.. your sales rep promised it will be installed in 2 days… any idea will it be installed if not can look for another service provider
