    @umashankarsingh @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no easy way to get right solution in these cases. All sectors are pathetic when it comes to after sale support. Even the national consumer helpline is not much helpful. Public do not have a way out here and all these corporates are cheating us day and night.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the network in my area PIN: 508285. I have an active data plan with 5G enabled, yet nothing loads not even the Airtel Thanks app. This has been affecting my work and daily usage. Please look into the network issue in this area immediately.

    @umashankarsingh @airtelindia Bleddy Airtel when I wake up morning n switch on data it says used 100% bleddy no customer service to question.. they put that bleddy AI chatbox can't even understand problem and says data u used , this is cheating

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal Very poor experience with Airtel. My Family Postpaid ₹999 plan had one added number with no internet for 15 days despite repeated complaints. Issue fixed later but full bill still charged. Unfair billing for service not provided.

    Really disappointed with Airtel service. SMS issue unresolved for 1+ month even after visiting the store and upgrading my SIM as advised. Requesting the @airtelindia team to urgently check and resolve this at the earliest. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @umashankarsingh @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They happily increase the tariffs but smartly cut down the real people handling customer care. Leaving us to deal with these automated AI bots is just playing with the emotions of paying customers.

    Today is wc final i thought i will watch the match after coming from my sis wedding and guess what my wifi is put of service and it will be fixed till 11.30 pm wow @airtelindia you guys just made me regret buying your wifi once more
