  Such horrible service by @airtelindia . Their customer care doesn't even work, and they make excuses or disconnect your call. And now that they failed to give good customer support my area is no longer feasible. A complete lie as their FTTH box is right outside my house.

  @satyabarik @airtelindia Problem is the options are sooo limited. I have both vodafoneidea and airtel and airtel is much better than VI. It's really a choice between Airtel and Jio

  I think I'll stop using my mobile phone bcoz evry month @airtelindia and @reliancejio are making their plans costlier and costlier. Also, what with these 24 days and 28 days plans! Why not simply have 30 days/1 month plans. u guys making fools of cstomrs wid poor connectivity etc

  @suketudp @airtelindia Absolutely right..In the era where children's education and most offices run on WFH...Services have become worse now..Unstable connection and complete loss of connectivity..My entire connections were Airtel...Now I am stranded with no or very unstable connectivity..Dump it

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one of the worst service when it comes to prepaid, every service need to pay, no basic plan for sms..! In the era of social media sms are not needed but for porting and other transition it's needed but to opt one sms need to opt for Rs 155 packages
