    @airtelindia your DTH Customer care called me for recharge of the DTH as was not doing so Because my DTH has some fault . The customer care person committed me that after recharge there engineer will visit my place and repair without any charge , they are charging for visit.

    @Blink1ng_VS @airtelindia You should claim for losses you would have suffered due to this frm Airtel. I am doing this tomorrow and will be sending a legal notice to them for the same. In fact two of their supervisors guaranteed me to pay if the issue is not resolved on time. Both timelines were breached
