What type of service this is @airtelindia i have to go again for sim swap and your airtel store also charge 150 instead of 50 rupees…Great experience given by you @airtelindia…i am gonna port this sim on another operator…shame on your service

@airtelindia It's been a week since I raised issue ticket regarding my internet issues. Pathetic service and zero customer experience. No wonder why people prefer to switch to other network over Airtel. Boasting about new 5G but still lagging on existing services.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wrng info givn by #Airtel exec fr instaling new broadband (postpaid+broadband=1098) He told 1st mnth & instalxn r free, bt pay 1180 to start, dats adjusted in nxt bil Latst bil ws fr 334. App complant,nodal officer mail & airtel galery didn't help
