@airtelindia finally after 15 years of being with Airtel,I am porting to Jio.Poor voice call quality and wide fluctuations in signal compelled me to do so. I had requested for Xtream Fibre installation 23 days ago.I made numerous calls but no response.Thanks for everything.

@airtelindia , I registered a network complaint 31-3605695889767 and this was closed without resolution and they didn’t even inform before closure, I had to call 198 to reopen the complaint , then again today they closed it without even checking if the issue was resolved.Pathetic
