    @airtelindia Hi Team, I have paid for a new airtel broadband connection and your tem is not responding to my call. If this is not resolved by today I will ask for disconnection of the line. People are rude and lying on face not to work.

    I had a call with Customer care for around 32min just to keep one song as a Hello Tune and they didn’t even gave they answer and call got disconnected do you think we should waste that much of time just to keep a HelloTune?? Is this a good service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
