Dear @airtelindia, I'm using your prepaid services since 5 years, all of the sudden my Simcard became undetectable from last one hour. Tried to check it in other gadget as well, no luck. I wont be able to connect to CC helpline through RMN, as it got inaccessible. Please help!

Dear @airtelindia Spoke with 198 service & surprised to know that I have to recharge with minimum 129 INR to send a port message....even when you have validity and top-up balance. @TRAI can you please suggest if this is justified...to send #port request I need 129 INR recharge?
