@airtelindia customer support services for airtel DTH connection is worst than others. My set top box not working from last 5 days. Now they said again will take 3,4 days. Froud company.

@airtelindia other telecom providers allowed to send SMS using main account balance. But airtel, worst experience. Presently I am on the 99 rupees pack. I have sufficient main balance, but unable to send sms. It shows please recharge unlimited packs to send sms. Is it good?

@airtelindia @mnsadhikrut called Airtel customer care and Selected Marathi options.. No one speaking in Marathi, almost they transferred called 4 times to English or Hindi. If you don't have Marathi speaking guys, why you provided options!!
