    Sorry to say that @ACTFibernet has one of the WORST customer care teams in India. @airtelindia seems much better than them. If there are no issues, it’ll be be smooth sailing. Once there is an issue, only God knows when it’ll be resolved!! Such a bunch of idiots!

    . @airtelindia There seems to be no way to talk to a customer service executive through your IVRS on 121. What is this? My prepaid connection has no signal for over three hours now, and I'm unable to register a complaint. Even the Airtel app is not allowing me to do so.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called up your cc number to request my wifi cancelation due to personal reasons. As per cc exec he needs his supervisor approval and the supervisor will again talk to customer b4 approval. Why this trick to delay and harass.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence thanks for giving such pathetic wifi services. I have taken 100 mbps plan and the ntwrk is day in day out either very slow or not at all getting connected. India should have a third party net provider like starlink , monopoly needed to be broken

    PSU's like BSNL unnecessarily get a bad rep, service culture in India is pathetic. Especially communication part from service providers. Take example of broadband service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , my broadband services are down for many days but no solution in sight.
