    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In Plan Rs.49 there is no Outgoing SMS Worst plan 😢 If we need to use banking services wants to send sms, Outgoing SMS Available or Not We need outgoing 100 Sms minimum

    @airtelindia Airtel network is very bad, I am writing here since last 6 months but no solution from your end, even no one is responding. It shows your support capabilities which really frustrate. If you won't focus, will become dump soon. There are multiple competitors in market.

    I am tired now with your song recommendation algorithm same songs everyday and I reached out to the help section like 10 times about adding some songs. I know everything can't be done in a day but it can be in 2 months I am sure. Please do something. @airtelindia @WynkMusic

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than one month since I have registered a complaint (messages not delivering)but all went in vain.I am using airtel from past 3-4 years.I did not receive any response form your site i.e backened team.this is how you treat you customer?

    How @airtelindia care their customer, Make false excuses, false promises, no action on complaints. They have worst customer support, ground workers and management too. Ground workers do not answer calls. Call centre says complain is registered... to be continued..
