    @airtelindia I have Airtel black but it’s been a month now facing frequent issues of WiFi disconnection. Even you guys shamelessly hike my postpaid and WiFi plans to 250₹ more! 🤬

    @airtelindia apke customer care executive itne bekar hai ki ham kya bole. Maine network ke complaint k liye call Kiya to unhone sim postpaid kar diya jb sim ko prepaid ke liye bola to sim ko de activate kr diya. Same on @airtelindia

    @airtelindia in which era you are customer support. Since Thursday noon (4th June 2026) we don’t have internet and multiple times I have called Airtel and I am getting same response that issue will solved shortly. Deeply frustrated on the support and recovery. ETA sill ???

    @airtelindia I want to discontinue airtel. Every sunday the wifi is down in satara and there is no person to help nor do i get the required speed please guide as to how to discontinue as internet is required for every basic need now and this is very unreliable.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia - This is going to be my last month with your service. No matter how many times I raise the same issue, it never gets fixed. After repeated complaints and no resolution, I’ve lost confidence that this problem will ever be addressed. Time to move on to a provider that values its customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please consider this my final and formal request to disconnect 02025025347_wifi. I requested DISCONNECTION on 21/4 after which it was put in Safe Custody(never requested). Take the router in 7 days, or I will throw it away. Not paying a dime.
