  @airtelindia this is disgusting- Why there is no response i have been texting like since yesterday - there is a sim crash and i dont know what to do abt it . And all your reps and the call line are such useless and waste as the network is .

  @airtelindia broadband service was down for 2 weeks in my society as they were facing cable issues. And now they have audacity to charge for full month. Very rude customer care and this is for so called Airtel Black. @Airtel_Presence
