    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged with a rs 155 pack to send SMS and I am not able to send an SMS to 1900. Is this your strategy to withhold customers from porting? @reliancejio could you please give me an alternate method to port to your network.

    @airtelindia it’s time to value customers.Been my 2nd visit to the store to update my emai for esim conversion and yet no resolution.Calling 121/198 is like a dead end,no options to talk to CC!! How difficult should it be to update an Email? Why can’t you integrate it in the app

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal My DTH connection not working and when I raised the complaint, they informed that it will be charged INR 150..surprising the fault is of Airtel and customer has to bear the consequences…regret shifted family accnt to Airtel fm Vodafone
