Disappointed with the @airtelindia DTH services. There is no clear validity mentioned in the website. And if we request in the website then customer service explaining the plan with 6 month validity but the same cannot be booked in website. @Airtel_Presence.

@airtelindia I took an Airtel internet connection. I was told the landline would be installed in couple of days. It’s been months still the same is pending. The Airtel Executive is also NOT picking up the phone now . What kind of customer service is this?? @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence 2 days: Technical team called me to change bands/line. They worsened the connection further! Now along with slow speed my connection get's disconnected after 30 min. Did I do a mistake by highlighting it! Local technician not taking call, no one helping. #Airtelsucks @airtelindia
