@airtelindia What does a customer need to do to get his network problem resolved? More than 15-20 days, 10+ complaints and broadband is still not fixed. Is it time to switch the network provider if Airtel can't handle decades old customer? Pathetic service and no resolution.

Hi @airtelindia I just purchased a broadband connection and the internet is absolutely pathetic since day one. Your technicians are good for nothing. No response from them. I want to cancel the connection and take a refund. I wanna move to @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence No timely resolutions by @airtelindia If a customer payment to a bill goes without trace.. even if payment was done via net banking to airtel and an airtel executive says.. it happened some times to others aswell.. backend team couldn't trace server..
