  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what kind of pathetic broadband service do you guys provide? Internet is down for 3 days. Was resolved once after an engineer visit yesterday, again got down today. Taking money and cheating customers. Planning to shift to better alternatives.

  So after taking number in DM no one responder @reliancejio @JioCare 3 day old connection with frequent disconnect. Finally said bye bye to jio and taken @airtelindia . Prompt service. Engineer came on time. Jio team you and your team should learn respecting time of customer.

  Ive been trying to connect with @airtelindia but got no solution whatsoever. They’re not listening or taking accountability, I’ve recharged 5g unlimited yet always need to get add on data , so what’s the use of paying extra for unlimited data? Can’t even connect with them!!
