    1. Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , My Broadband Fiber Optic Connection is down from past Monday 05/12/2022 till present and no resolution, nothing fixed just customer care giving fake assurance and delaying the fix for next 24 hours and this has been repeatedly told everyday.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I'm not able to receive incoming calls from most of my contacts. On raising a complaint through 121, it shows an approximate of 15 days for resolution of the problem.

    Dear @airtelindia I ported my mobile from Vi to Airtel with a hope of much more network and Internet speed but @Airtel_Presence also disappointed me too much. There is very poor servicr of Airtel in my area Housing Board Colony, Jind (Haryana) 126102 #AirtelDown @airtelnews

    @airtelbuzz @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why email ids for escalation is not provided in website. even your customer care also does not want to share email id to escalate matter. we customer are experiencing worst service, continues delay etc. this shows unethical policy
