    @sankha_dasgupta I agree. A fully populated and midst of the city we cannot call the data on cell and have to rely on broadband and that wasn't functioning for 15 days and they kept saying coverage issue and generated a bill against it. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia a month ago I took xstream fiber and now it is showing red light on LOS and the internet shut down. I have called to customer care no.for this query but no one has responded.pls do something because we have interviews and for that I need internet

    @airtelindia - So much for customer service, lost my sim , having been pleading with everyone, from customer care to retails outlets, sent email to appellate, authority. Customer Retail Center where documents were submitted- Pune, Baner Road Out let.
