@Airtel_Presence Extremely poor network connectivity. Ph-9937244824,Add-Odisha(768017). No IVRS option to talk to CC. No AT app option to raise complaint if pending open issues. How is @airtelindia resolving issues if not listening in the first place - false ad, false promises.

@JioCare Calling was ok and internet was sometime working and sometimes not. My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From past 1 year there is no v-fiber cable in area and my plan is 40MBPS but getting speed of 24MBPS. I have been complaining it every time but they don’t respond on customer calls. Now they also removed the customer care direct call option also.
