@JioCare Calling was ok and internet was sometime working and sometimes not. My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence Extremely poor network connectivity. Ph-9937244824,Add-Odisha(768017). No IVRS option to talk to CC. No AT app option to raise complaint if pending open issues. How is @airtelindia resolving issues if not listening in the first place - false ad, false promises.

Using airtel since 2010 but from last 2 months the service they are giving is so pathehtic that one can't imagine. Despite several complains and multiple follow ups,ending with no resolution. @airtelindia any reason for that?
