@Airtel_Presence Extremely poor network connectivity. Ph-9937244824,Add-Odisha(768017). No IVRS option to talk to CC. No AT app option to raise complaint if pending open issues. How is @airtelindia resolving issues if not listening in the first place - false ad, false promises.

@JioCare Calling was ok and internet was sometime working and sometimes not. My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

What the heck, @AppleSupport ?! After updating to iOS16.0.2, my physical sim got corrupted & I can’t shift to e-sim also because there’s no network & @airtelindia asks me to send a text for the QR code to be sent to the registered mail ID. #pathetic

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I provided bank and sms screenshots, and transaction id as asked but your support keeps saying they will resolve in 48 hrs while it has been 23 days now. They even raise multiple tickets for the same issue, to manage internal KPIs I think.

@XxLxcid @airtelindia Airtel is becoming the worst network in India. Nowadays they will tell coz of 5G upgradation but before that too in my hometown inside coverage is very poor. I had complained to them several times without solving my issues they will close my concern.

@airtelindia Dear Airtel DTH team, when I select Maharashtra customer care number, why it is getting connected to Gujrat or Delhi region executive for attending the call. There should be Marathi executive who should attend the query.
