@Airtel_Presence Extremely poor network connectivity. Ph-9937244824,Add-Odisha(768017). No IVRS option to talk to CC. No AT app option to raise complaint if pending open issues. How is @airtelindia resolving issues if not listening in the first place - false ad, false promises.

@JioCare Calling was ok and internet was sometime working and sometimes not. My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

Airtel Extreme Fibre is pathetically incompetent and unable to provide even basic Internet Service without disruptive breakdowns of their Cheap Chinese Hardware. Their Customer Service Team stopped even Acknowledging the Customer Complaints. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The connection is not under use and 1. The customer has to follow up regularly for installation 2. The team is pressurising for payment for a line which is not even active Suggest that the customer support team needs to be trained better.
