    @airtelindia i purchased a sim of Airtel today and transfer it to esim. After transferring everything is normal but here’s a abnormal thing that is i am not capable of sending sms and receiving sms. I couldn’t sign in on airtel app because of that. Please look into this matter

    @airtelindia @AdityaBirlaGrp I am airtel black user. they promised me to resolve the issue within 24 hrs.But after sales service is worst.I raise 1 issue almost a month back and they promised me a callback within 24 hrs but evn aftr 1 mnth.issue is same
