    @airtelindia The most useless, most nonsensical, slowest internet is of Airtel, Airtel is a mobile network where there is no hearing of the complaint of the customer, nor any problem is solvable, now will have to port and take another sim,Thanks for making us upset and sad @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelthanks app is worst for customer care. I tried to cancel my connection in the app but there is no option to do that. The AI bot sucks big time and there is no option to call customer care. 121 is just for name sake. Never gonna use Airtel 🙏

    @HDFCBank_Cares The irony is toothless @TRAI rules and service providers like @airtelindia have completely failed to curtail outbound sales calling given to third party for their own benefit and banks, nbfc take advantage of it. Complaining or having your number in dnd for 5 years is of no use.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic customer service. One can't speak to CC guy you have all nonsense options in IVR but no option to select to speak to CC guy directly. Waited for 1 hour no resolution DISGUSTING

    @airtelindia I tried to call a number, but it asked to recharge , I done recharge , But it again asking , I tried to customer care but doesn't connected to service , Wasting my times #PoorService
