    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service ever. I have a refund pending since 2 weeks and no one is bothered to process it. When we give you money we pay immediately but when it comes to you, you guys try to delay hoping that the customer will forget and you can pocket it.

    Unethical practice by @airtelindia . They charge ₹50 for sim replacement but unable to provide the payment receipt when asked for. Moreover if a sim stops working within a year of previous replacement a customer shouldn’t be charged.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I paid INR 1000 for Mesh on March 5th with an assurance that it will be installed within 48 hours but no info yet? Can someone respond to me on this pathetic customer service?
