  @airtelindia is unable to provide good quality network coverage at multiple locations within Bhubaneswar, and when we raise query for various locations one by one, the AI chatbot deployed will refuse to accept newer complaints by giving excuse that previous complaint is pending.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There has been no usable network coverage inside my home for months, making it extremely difficult for my family to make or receive calls. I had already raised this issue under CLCNF3BLR20260112293708, but despite repeated follow-ups, no solution.

  @Airtel_Presence Ashutosh u need to speak to appellate , nodal , network teams as i have sent more than 50++ mails to them since April 2019 and no one in Airtel is ready to resolve the issue. Pathetic service from Airtel Delhi. .@airtelindia @TRAI

  @airtelindia There is complete failure of your service for Internet fiber at our office in Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow for a couple of weeks. Your Engineers are not competent to identify the problem and resolve it. Kindly send competent engineer who can check root problem

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was made to make another 50/- yesterday to activate my services. Had to bear 24 hours downtime and multiple trip to Airtel store to restore my services. Worst Service Indeed. I would better look out for a better Service Provider soon.
