Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@airtelindia Expected better from airtel. Paid 3 month advance to get new broadband connection. No response for the last 6 days. Asked the airtel contact person for refund only to be provided customer care number 011-44444121 that does not have the refund option. Please refund.
