Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

I recharged 999 pack on 18-03-2023. In this plan Amazon prime video benefits available but I haven't get access of this plan from Airtel thanks app. I contact customer support many times but issue not resolved yet. Please solve my issue @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Again same things happening with me. My wifi is not working from afternoon and your executives are not replying me. And there is no pre notification is sent by airtel that today wifi will not work. Am done with airtel worst services. Please take your connection back
