Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@airtelindia done a recharge today on my prepaid sim card using Paytm app, however the card is not working and it seems to be disabled. If am not using the card or calling services then why can't Airtel refund me my amount paid, they can check the usage!

Worst customer care @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Charged wrongly , even after paying advance rental the bill is generated for whole amount. support ticket is open from last 5 days but still no response,no resolution.@airtelblack is just a marketing gimmick to fool people around.
