    @airtelindia Airtel is failure to install 1GBPS connection at my place. They don’t have qualified people who can understand and resolve this issue. There is no point to trust on this company.

    What a poor customer care experience @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia put on a long hold and then had to dial again and explain the same issue cos the first executive didn’t log on any issue/details. Is this how a dedicated black box line works ?

    @airtelindia if I have lost the SIM card whom should I contact Sunil Mittal family to tell them bloody Ivr not able to resolved the problem does not contact with person to understand my problem.
