Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@airtelindia #shameonAirtel If any1 want to port out from airtel, ur rule is customer hve unlimited plan for sms Whereas in my sim balance is avlble. u only want harass to customers. If I chse any unlimited plan and then port out in days will you return my remaining balance

@airtelindia Since 2 month's I'm having network issue of internet and suddenly shut down of network. I tried to complaint on airtel thanks app but it dosent have option to raise a complaint in written in brife. And tried to do it on customer care center, but they gives only hope

One most and worst network @vodafone I couldn't send sms. I did multiple recharge. But still didn't get anything. Just for single sms I need to recharge 120 rupees. Cc : @airtelindia do u have any plans.? Planning to change my sim VI to Airtel.
