    @airtelindia Whenever the light goes out, your network disappears, meaning if I want to find out whether there is government electricity yes or not, there is no need to see the meter, if Airtel is not signal in the mobile, it does not even mean light.

I am being charged heavily for outgoing Calls and no hello tune option but what a customer can do as no possible way to reach out to them. PS. I called 198 hundred times but unable to connect.
