Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@airtelindia, subscribe to Airtel black 2,099/- but when asked for choice number in landline, it was straight forward denied of having such options. Why not even little flexibility to customer in Haryana when option exits in Tamil Nadu.

Hw to resolve customer issues?? Just call them after the tweet, route them to use DM. Then through their real problems to dustbin and 24X7 ad everywhere about how wonderful ur service is. @JioCare please suggest r u interested to take a 15yr long @airtelindia postpaid client.
