  Airtel network has become so bad, so many calls drops, even during running call, when full signal is there, the other person can't hear. What's this service ? What i am getting for paying annual pack @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will sue you in consumer court if you don't fix

  @Airtel_Presence No internet service for three days now. Compaint registered with @airtelindia and without any action the ticket is closed as resolved. What a ridiculous setup. Contacted airtel call center three times and wasted almost an hour. No solution, but you get an apology #patheticAirtel

  @airtelindia I’ve been an Airtel customer for 11 years, but this Wi-Fi experience has been unacceptable. Your sales rep booked the WRONG plan, then asked me to call customer care to cancel it. I was promised a callback within 4 hours. It’s now been 24+ hours with no call.

  You only get resolution for your problem when you Tweet about it. Let’s talk about @airtelindia today. They make sure you don’t get to convert your postpaid sim to prepaid because the sales person will only try to convince you against it rather than taking your request forward.
