    @airtelindia Hello there, facing internet issues in my area. Max Speed around 1-2 Mbps. Apart from that connection drops in between. I have off/on flight mode to work again.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I am quite pissed with our support agents who are not even able to give me the correct details about my broadband connection. I made a advance payment in Jan for my 999 plan for three months which means Jan-Feb, Feb-march, march-april.

    @airtelindia Who exactly is in this "relevant team" which is supposed to be solving an issue for 26 days? The issue is simple. You overcharged. The solution is simple too. Reverse the overcharge. It should take 26 seconds, not 26 days. Does this "relevant team" even exist?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been using airtel postpaid connection for many years now. lost my phone couldnt get it disconnected. now when i went to store they want 50/- for sim cost. its a big LOOT. tell me u want 50/- or customer am going to get new connection

    @TRAI I have completed all the formalities to port my number from @VodafoneGroup to @airtelindia and paid Rs 325 to Airtel Waghbil center and today came to know that i have to reprocess whole activities again as due to technical issue porting process has not been completed.
