    Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

    🧵 1/4 Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia and the way this refund issue has been handled. I applied for an Airtel Wi-Fi connection and paid ₹1500. Installation was later cancelled, so Airtel initiated a refund and told that the amount would be credited within 5-7 days .

    Wow. Now the issue is marked resolved even without technician visit. Great job @airtelindia and the airtel app doesn't show accurate status too. Pathetic

    Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I cant able to use my airtel black coupon as promised i can select but it is not deducted in my bills. Why are you misleading us in name of airtel black Support needed in this issue as due date is 3rd june 2026 #airtelblack

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Almost 48 hours and Airtel WiFi is still not working. What a pathetic example of customer service. You keep launching "priority support" while failing to provide basic internet connectivity. False promises, zero accountability. Have some shame.

    Every few months there seems to be a new rule. Late fees. Restriction. The billing systems keep evolving. But customer support doesn't seem to evolve. Priority postpaid by @airtelindia my nose, they can provide basic service properly.

    @airtelindia I DIDNT EXPECTED THIS TYPE OF WORST SERVICE FROM AIRTEL WIFI. I AM USING AIRTEL WIFI SINCE THEY LAUNCHED. EVERYTIME I PAY FOR 6 MONTHS AT A TIME. FROM PAST 1 YEAR SERVICE IS VERY WORST ATLEAST 3-4 DAYS NO WIFI WORKING IN MONTH. GETTING MESSAGES THAT WE TRYING SOLVE.
