Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 1/2 : There has been a huge network problem in my area since yesterday. internet is not working at all not even 3G , 2G as well as there is a problem in calling too. And this problem is not only for me alone, but for the my entire village.

Now a days BSNL network is more stable than @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 10 min of rain makes the network unavailable for next 20 hrs and still counting

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why are you using a third quality system where you can not trace an order status by using order id only? Fastest 4G ka dawa krne waale to 2G se bhi slow nikle, ghatiya system badl lo, kb tk customer ke paise maarkr chalega?
