Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. am not ported to @reliancejio network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@airtelindia airtel, what’s happening with SR 135752764 ? It’s close to 2 days broadband connection is down and there is no action taken, noone answering calls. This SR was closed y’day without resolving,Do you really care for customer? Right now I’m unable to WFH bcoz of Airtel.

Dear @airtelindia kindly respond to the mail I sent on 08/08, 14/08 and 18/08 I didn't recive any response(chekced spam). I have a complaint related to payment and no one is able to reslove it. They are either redirecting to someone else or just writing complaints.
