    @Airtel_Presence Enough with these kind of msg templates. This irritates a lot. Get in action and resolve it at the earliest. Your bill includes non service days as well, that means we are paying you even when you don't provide service. Have some courtesy towards customers. @airtelindia

    My SIM card got deactivated just like that last saturday. It's the 2nd time this is happening, last time was in 2018. Is this the way to make us upgrade to new SIM by deactivating existing one just like that? I was on travel and was stranded, worst experience @airtelindia !
