    @kamaalrkhan @airtelindia @VodafoneIN If you really want to port, port to Jio, @VodafoneIN was better previously when it had Volte service. Now they don't have it.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelnews 12+ days, multiple requests, still no resolution. Ref 4510615430 was “closed” without fixing the issue. Wrong primary name still showing in the Airtel app, causing incorrect payments. Is this how Airtel handles customer complaints? Need urgent action now.

    @airtelindia fraud services run by airtel on the name of Post paid and customer care as well as stores not taking any action to convert my post paid to pre paid number.

    @airtelindia “Fastlane” tech aa? Or premium pricing for normal service? If I must pay extra just to make a quick ₹10 tea UPI payment in a crowded stall, that’s not innovation. That’s just monetising inconvenience. Better carry cash then..

    I seriously doubt if Airtel disconnects the network on weekdays. Whenever I'm on WFH or leave, the modem isnt working. Happened multiple times but today it's out for the entire day. I have used twitter more for customer care than fun.. Indian consumers are doomed @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Everytime your chatbot saying your network needs to improve. But no improvement in network. Since 2 years you guys are saying your area network improvement is under progress. Still no improvement but you guys keep increasing recharge pack price. Now i am thinking about port.

    Google One 100GB benefit shows activated in Airtel Thanks app, but I never received activation email/SMS/link. Google confirmed no Airtel entitlement is linked. Please reprovision the benefit for my Airtel Postpaid plan.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Seriously fed up with Airtel WiFi services. Took a new connection just 10 days back and since day 1 I’ve been facing constant WiFi slowness and frequent disconnections. Called customer care 6+ times already. Every single time they say “issue escalated” @airtelindia
