    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia May i knw why is the line disconnected? Why disruption everytime? Is this the service we pay for? No intimation at all? This is the junction box at Dhobitalao which is messed up and i assume the reason for this frequent disconnection

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my 1Gbps Xstream fibre has-again gone off . Paying Rs 4720 pm for the connection to go off during work day is unacceptable . Have sent my details by DM . Please resolve. Your support says their apps are not working ! Take this as a complaint .
