    @airtelindia I raised a complaint with ref 656441911 regarding my iptv remote not working the service centre asked me to pay Rs 350 despite the remote being under warranty and the RM told me not to pay. Now I see the complaint is closed. Please escalate and resolve asap.

    I don't know about other departments and companies but the most incompetent company is @airtelindia , from the day I have bought their xtream fiber connection I am facing issues and guess what they have no customer support no resolution to complains.

    @airtelindia 13 days since I raised the request to shift airtel fibre wifi connection. Till now no response. Called customer care everyday and they keep raising requests, escalate but nothing works. Pathetic! If I don't get the connection shifted today I am going to deactivate
