    I don’t think Airtel Customer service @airtelindia exists. Our internet is not working for more than a month now and after more than 20 complaints via email, phone and twitter (1st Complaint on 21st July), no technician visit and no update provided. SR no. 134230018

    @airtelindia Dear sir tell me that a customer do not send massage in 79. If he send a message he recharged unlimited recharge plans why. So any person purchased a smart phones and then send a message. What is your monopoly.of your company.your company confuse every customer's.

    @airtelindia This is now very frequent crackling voice, call drop, slow internet just 40 km away from Mumbai...can this not be fixed permanently ? 9326030681. Dissappointed with your services.

    @airtelindia dear Airtel, I have running pillar to post to get the network issue resolved from past 4 months but there is no resolution provided or is in sight. Moreover, the escalation matrix is so convulated that is it virtually impossible to lodge a complaint.

    Hi Airtel, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is Bhargava from penukonda(515110), Gonipeta (village). I am IT employee and lot students is there in my village every one facing issue with network. So please provide tower in my area @airtelindia . Nearly 500 users are there.

    Hi, am airtel users since many years, I have a fiber connection few months back.I get relocate and I need my connect also relocated to new place as because I am happy with service but unfortunately airtel is not available and I have to discontinue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
