    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very disappointing. Broadband is down for half of the residents in our society, its working for other half. Its been 8+hrs since i opened a request 126787924. Knowing the issue is inside the premises somewhere but still no progress at all.

    @JioCare it took u exactly 24 hours to fix simple broken router. Engineer took around 22 hours to make first contact. Pretty poor I would say. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It you 3 hours to setup a new connection. It's easy to tell who is winning on customer service here.

    Airtel Xstream has the worst service! They just want you to take the connection but won't come fix it if you face any problem. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia hi, First, despite recharging wid 250rs data pack n having over 18gb of data ur internet becomes useless after the daily data limit expires. Now I did the recharge of rs 698 n m getting benefits of the recharge of rs 598 Can u pls help ASAP
