    @airtelindia I switched away from Airtel few years back due to billing issues and recently again switched to Airtel for family plan where I was committed a bill amount but got the bill for higher amount again. I always feel cheated and things are same I can say.

    Dear @airtelindia I hope you really don't want your customers to use this platform to raise customer issue because your app is not helping. I'm facing no internet issues from yesterday and you keep sending message every 3 hours that we are on it. I can't even talk to cust care.
