    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I wasn’t informed about the 300 GB limit when I bought my postpaid plan. I’m willing to pay for extra data, but there’s no add-on option. Very disappointing. Please fix this.

    At my location when two 5g devices (both have subscribed to the same Airtel pack promising 5g ), One gets a good 5g speed and on the other hand, My device even after indicating 5g - is consistently facing network issues. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your chat bot is good for nothing and your customer support team is also a waste of time. Just enjoying the duopoly and giving the paying customers hard time, priority support for Airtel Black users is also a joke.

    Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. My Wi-Fi issue remains unresolved despite repeated complaints. The Mapusa Airtel store has been no help either. Zero accountability, zero customer care. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
