    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down in Aya Nagar, New Delhi (Pin 110047) since yesterday. Your chatbot keeps looping and isn’t even generating a complaint number. Extremely poor support experience. Please fix this urgently.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what do I have to do to get my wifi installation charges refunded . You don’t have a customer care phone number and your chat bot support on the Airtel app is absolutely bogus. Even you don’t respond to DMs.
