    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia black id-10101016605566,10+ days,countless calls to 121,emails,wrong request raised by ur team,payment made as instructed yet no IPTV.Every supervisor promises 3-4 hours but nothing happens. Why should customer suffer of Airtel’s mistakes?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am wrongly charged in my Wi-Fi bill , I am raising complaints for past 3–4 days, but your resolution team hasn't called me back. Arrange a callback at earliest so this issue can be resolved and I can pay my bill

    I live very close to an Airtel tower, yet I still face this issue repeatedly. It interrupts my work and is honestly disappointing. I hope you'll look into this and fix it because I'd rather stay with Airtel than switch to another network. @airtelindia

    We faced a similar issue around 2 months ago, where @airtelindia took 9 days to solve the issue. That's just frustrating and pathetic service delivery. On top of that, there was no bill adjustment or service credit for the days when our broadband was unstable.

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. Raised a broadband shifting request on 29/06, and as of 02/07 there's still no update. The Airtel Thanks app doesn't even let me cancel the request, and customer support has been completely useless, just scripted(1/2)
