    @airtelindia trying to speak to a customer care agent. Recharged mother's phone on September 29 with an 85 day pack worth Rs 598. She gets a message today saying it has expired. She cannot make calls. I have a receipt through the app that shows the transaction was success. DM pls

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Has smartly moved from cheating customers in Mobile packs to Fibre. They don’t provide cancel options in app and when you call to cancel they put you on hold. Then they auto-renew the pack to cheat the customers. #Cheater #noshame
