    .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence Just so you know, your IR Pack for US for 10 days worth about Rs. 4,000 didn't work even for a minute!! No tech support, no customer care support. Thoroughly disappointing. It's harassment at its worst. Why make people pay upfront for zero service?

    Internet down for 7 days in a month after switching to Airtel BLACK. router replaced within 3 months. Kids missing online exams, work from home has gone for a toss. Dedicated relationship team keep escalating the complain but no solution @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
