    @airtelindia I have been behind Airtel customer support for more than 4 weeks to give me a proper invoice for the prepaid payment I recently made. They say I am not entitled to an invoice and invoice is provided only for corporate customers What on earth are these rules!!

    @airtelindia horrible customer service in the 121 email, I have bunnies connections with you guys . The email support call center doesn’t know anything . They keep calling and wasting time , they have also misinformed me .

    There’s not a worst than so called open network @airtelindia Just ported 3 other SIM cards in a family plan of this and now can’t even receive calls. Raised multiple complaints within a week still no actions been taken. Don’t give false commitments to customers @Airtel_Presence
