    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence WHY WERE WE NOT INFORMED ABOUT 16 HOUR #OUTAGE!? 12 am to 4 pm on June 18th!. There was a message about June 11th but NOT June 18th. People are working remotely and have meetings that could be important. This is unprofessional bullshit!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My airtel sim is nt showing any network.customer care told sim is corrupted.This is 2nd instance that mine and my family member's airtel sim is corrupted. What's going on in airtel! Get my sim replaced for free at my doorstep else ll change to Jio.
