@DoT_India even after complaint and given resolution time neither telecom nor @airtelindia is taking any action against poor network coverage. We are paying advance for service and now this type of service is given by airtel. Who is going to pay for this kinfs of service.

@Airtel_Presence worst customer service for shifting of landline. The app shows today's date for shifting and yet nobody has been assigned. The customer service is clueless and not responding properly. @airtelindia should spend more on customer care training than on these ads

@airtelindia says Zero customer complaint, The truth behind is that every complaint gets closed automatically without any resolution. @Airtel_Presence Airtel Doesn't Care! No resolution for Fiber connection, No Resolution for DTH issue..Pathetic customer service.
