Dear @airtelindia I have no particular complaint against you, I find your service fairly good but what intrigues me most is that every fifth day I get notice from your Lucknow office telling me of a four hour distribution for maintenance work! Once a month is fine but 5 time, NO!

@airtelindia i have 2 setup boxes(Xstream and HD) with same Customer ID 3017317153 with 1 year pack , done tipul separatly which is till Nov-2021.yesterday requested to separate both with different IDs which is done today. But new ID for my HD box showing 2days validity.

@23_rahulr Yes, your stmt was very right, we are loyal airtel customers, can't allow the monopoly but airtel is not like roadside poor seller, buy something sake of charity, they are one of big MNC, gave poor network, how we tolerate, other side jio give enough @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Customer care is referring to airtel app. Airtel app is unable to anything. Near service centre is asking to contact customer care👎👎👎👎👎👎

@airtelindia Please help resolve my request 45419969. I was informed a amount of Rs 1500 to upgrade my HD setup box to Xtreme by your relationship mgr. After paying 1500+250(installation), the technician is not activating and requesting additional 1000Rs. I am Airtel Black custr.
