    I am using Airtel postpaid 9915156947. Complain ws raised on 2.03.23 regarding unable to call on toll free number. Customer care person said that issue will be resolved in 12 hrs. On 5.03.23 I again called but now person is saying that it will take 3 more days. @airtelindia

    @YMehta_ Same is the case with @airtelindia.. I have a broadband/dth connection and they still call me, repeatedly. Had to tell them if I get one more call, will cancel the current connection

    @airtelindia Airtel DTH engineer never visit to your address and if you call for service 150/- will be Charged .... You pay for there recharges and yet the charge you for bs....

    @airtelindia I top up my number to 16.66TT but still not able to port out. Now I demand to resolve the issue ASAP and pay me cash for Rs120, 20 for my TT and 100 for making me travel 2 times for port out. I already complaint to consumer court.

    @airtelindia Kindly provide 4g services properly then please go for 5G. Worst services in rural UP. Leave alone internet, calling is difficult. Students and working professionals are worst affected. They have to sit outside the village get proper network. 229302 @Airtel_Presence
