    @airtelindia Kindly improve your internet connectivity it's really a disaster.. I leave at salt Lake sector V, Kolkata but your connection is near 2G and even below that... You take charge for 4G can't even provide 3G internet speed... Literally frustrated with airtel... Customer service zero

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia From last 15 days I'm unable to receive text msg on my sim card. I raised complaint yesterday, and your customer executive assured me to get it resolve within next 12 working hrs(TAT). But till now it's not resolved.
