    @airtelindia i was able to login via browser. It was not easy to find link to download bills. This is even after navigated in to "Bills & Payments" section. I need my bills access via browser on PC and make payment. Do not push me to have Airtel mobile app.

    @airtelindia Airtel broadband xstream fiber modem WiFi range is very low. I'm having issues with connectivity. Tried multiple computers and mobiles. Restarted modem. I want to upgrade to VIP plan. But I don't trust this modem.Broadband ID 080102572639_kk

    But cannot fully rely on mobile data, it is erratic! I have your technicians and people working on the problem from past 3 days! I'm sure @airtelindia aims to serve its customers as quickly as possible. Sadly 3 days isn't *quick* Need your urent intervention!

    What is going with @airtelindia @ITS_MoC everything is down data moblie network since early morning. No restore no update no DR planned ****. Some how Jio is working. Airtel you are pathetic.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you guys are so insensitive. Calling me repeatedly for recharging DTH box at my dead sister’s residence and when asked to disconnect the connection the support team says they can’t disconnect it as it is already inactive. If u cant, y r u harassing?
