    Today i ported my mom's number from vodafone to airtel. To activate the voice and data, its asking me to install the airtel thanks app. I dont understand your logic. To login to your app, i need otp and i cant receive it without activating ? @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence There is no reply for the direct message I sent even after 7 days. People believe that the issue might have been resolved after the reply from @Airtel_Presence but in reality there wont be a reply at all @airtelindia

    @airtelindia what a nice way to ensure that there is no complaint. There is no option given to lodge complaint. You can not see your bill but you can not also ask anyone. Shame on you. Please ensure first that you have a mechanism to listen to your customers

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service Request No. 31-3748193119133 related to Network has been closed with out any action. Is this way you are handling Airtel Black customers. No network in area only option left for me is to migrate from airtel.
