@airtelindia I had recharge my broadband for one year but vaildity expired in 11 months. I have complained 4 or 5 times but still no solution.The poor customer services by airtel. I recommend please dont install this 3rd class broadband.

For the last two days I have been waiting for home KYC and sim delivery. I didn't get any tracking id even after submitting the request two times (From app and website both). Didn't get any call as well. Pathetic service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia.

@airtelindia Worst customer care service for postpaid users. We paid more than we supposed to pay, still airtel guys say we have Rs 1000 pending amount and they cut our telecom service. Literally there is no one to hear our complaint.

@airtelindia I had a eSIM, Don't buy new Device and Replace the SIM from @airtelindia at the same time, because you can't use any of your apps because OTPs are not be there for you to login to social media apps in your new device. HAPPY 5G :(

@airtelindia dear sir your customer service is very poor. Incoming calls r showing as missed calls. Your internet service is very poor. Complaints not attended what is going on. Please let me know whether to shift.
