@Airtel_Presence I have made 3 appointments for Airtel Stream installation in my house since last Sunday however no one shows up or calls. My billing is of Stream however not the fibre technology. Your IVR is of little help. @airtelindia

After hopeless attempts on your portal, spent 500rs and visited your store only to know that the system is down in store. my services are barred for no fault of mine!! More time it is down, more you will need to compensate in legal suit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had appllied for Fiber connection under Black plan. I feel very disappointing that after spending 5 days in waiting for installation of Fiber,now I am listening from India's so called number 1 network company that they are unable to install it.

@JioCare @Jio_Ambani @airtelindia , having 2 numbers , one of Jio & other Airtel. Never faced any problem with Airtel but Jio horrible network at my area which even jio has agreed. Still no time for jio to resolve issue.

@IndianExpress Do not get trapped. Airtel will sell you the product but will not provide service. On top of it they will charge you for not providing any service. Complaints to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will fall on deaf ears. I have been suffering for 10 days with no end to problem.
