    @airtelindia @AirtelCares1 We have a corporate PRI line and our outgoing calls are not working since 4 days. Complaints to customer care and the dedicated RM not yielding results. Imagine the loss we are facing due to this paying monthly such high bills.

    @airtelindia has the worst customer care even after having airtel Black membership, my one complaint is still open since 16th April, its been more than 2 week and no resolution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have broadband connection. I called at Noida office for shifting my connection to new address. The person asked me to get a new connection instead. Sounded very unprofessional If I have to get new connection I will change the service provider too
