Long story short @Airtel_Presence agent goes rogue - decides to kick me off the network - blocks my services saying lost handset . @airtelindia not creating any tickets / request about it kicked me out offline then pretends to be the good guys - after its found adds me back

@airtelindia it’s really a very very bad experience to have broadband connection from Airtel. No service support at all. Even after paid for entire one year plan for 024011796731 won’t recommend to anyone also ask friends to give up and not to take the Airtel connection in futur

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i wonder what is the Service time to get a DTH installed. Ordered a connection on 27thNov, following up with engineer, customer care, xyz from past week but only resolution i recieve is "You have to wait". How much time does it takes to install ?
