    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even after 4 steps in the IVR call there is no option to speak to customer care person and call gets disconnected with in exploring 2 options then. How does it help customers to reach for a human support ?

    If the Sim card is damaged all of sudden with out my fault why do I have to pay 50rs. Also luckily I knew about the rules and I visited other store and they did for free... Is this how you will provide service to us... @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia For the last two days, we are constantly struggling with our internet services and the router is not functioning properly.This is causing a major hindrance in our WFH job.Also this issue has been persistent for more than a year now. Please look into this immediately.

    @jagograhakjago Team am facing issue since 2 years with @airtelindia for network and continuously telling them to solve my issue. They are not doing it and for my non payment of monthly bill, disconnected my in & out calls. Kindly look into it.
