    @Airtel_Presence Despite DoT grievance & appeal, @airtelindia has refused to adjudicate ₹147 mobile data expense incurred due to broadband outage starting 14 Jan. Grievances closed without addressing monetary claim. Filing Consumer Commission complaint next. Ref: NCH 8621173.

    Hi Team, After using 7 years of prepaid service, when I switched to postpaid connection, I see there is a hidden charge on my bill. Even after registering complaint, none of your customer support team is taking action on it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Being an Airtel customer & recharged with unlimited 5G internet, why you don't provide unlimited internet? Since one week I just got 100 % data used messages & internet stopped working, even connecting through 121 or 198 is not possible.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested a plan change on 5 Feb but it’s still not updated. Facing continuous internet issues. Every time I call customer care, they say 2 hours me ho jayeg but nothing happens. Please escalate this and resolve immediately. Worst experience so far

    @airtelindia I have been facing a persistent issue with your service and despite reaching out 3–4 times through the Airtel app and customer care, there has been absolutely no resolution. This level of service is highly disappointing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

    @Airtel_Presence I have been facing issues with my AirFiber since December, I have logged in multiple complaints via app, raised complaints & visited the above store 3 times. I have also tweeted around this but no response from @airtelindia team.
