    Awful service by @airtelindia Installed wi fi on 9th May. Was told IP tv comes free with the plan. But this is not installed to date. Guy not picking up phone. Customer service is only interested in selling plans, but not in providing service. #duped @Airtel @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband is not working since morning. Looks like its a society wide issue. Raising a ricket on your app takes ages. Please help to look into the issue ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised multiple complaints about persistent network issues (poor signal, disconnections, slow speeds) but still unresolved. As a postpaid customer, I expect priority 5G service. Also unable to cancel my Data Booster pack despite repeated attempts.

    @airtelindia - I’ve been an Airtel postpaid customer for over 6 years and have been repeatedly reaching out via email to remove an unused data-only add-on number from my family plan. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic responses instead of an actual resolution.

    @airtelindia its been more than 24 hours no response from ur end nor from the service provider on the activation of the DTH. I have calling all the possible numbers of Airtel but no help. If this is d case pls disconnect the connection i don't need it @MIB_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia f***you, every now and then your Wi-Fi service is down. Paying 1k per month no proper network no proper Wi-Fi. Just shut your shop and get lost
