    Absolutely terrible experience with @airtelindia . Despite being an Airtel Black customer, my internet has been down for a week now. I've made repeated calls to the customer service team and everyday I get a new commitment that the issue will be resolved immediately

    @roshanabbas @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and even if you tag them here, it’s only a bot that responds. I had no wifi for almost a month cos they couldn’t figure out the issue. It is the most pathetic customer service, without doubt.
