    @airtelindia Pathetic wifi service and the customer support team does not give a **** about the queries of the customers. All the do is just “false hopes”. Please fix this issue ASAP

    @iamviren7 @airtelindia This is misleading and unfair to users who are paying for an unlimited 5G service. Airtel should clearly explain the terms instead of making customers pay extra every day.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence All I wanted: SIM → eSIM. A 2-hour routine process. What Airtel delivered: 6 days, 2 store visits, 1 broken callback promise, 3 template emails, contradicting systems, and a Nodal Officer who didn't read the complaint.
