    @airtelindia The lady called me was not having a clue of what issues I was facing and kept the call on mute and disconnected. What you will expect from such an unprofessional customer service.. I am a customer who is using Airtel since last 15 years.

    @airtelindia this time they are telling me I need to pay 2000 rs in advance to continue the service. are you kidding me, why have not you informed me the very first time when I called customer service. Extremely disappointing Airtel.
