  @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Airtel is fraud company helpline is always helpless only 4 hours and 8 hours timelines they can give. I pray to God that this company may get bankrupt soon. Pissed off with the service.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3/7 I have contacted Airtel customer care multiple times. Everytime, I am given the same response: “Your request will be cancelled within 24 hours.” 24 hours passed. Then more time passed. Still not cancelled. How many times does a customer have to hear the same 24-hour promise?

  @airtelindia it’s hard to reach to your customer care executives and bot is not at all helpful , that’s why i am writing here . I have recharged my mobile but it amount deducted twice get me refund asap.
