@Airtel_Presence Despite DoT grievance & appeal, @airtelindia has refused to adjudicate ₹147 mobile data expense incurred due to broadband outage starting 14 Jan. Grievances closed without addressing monetary claim. Filing Consumer Commission complaint next. Ref: NCH 8621173.

Hi Team, After using 7 years of prepaid service, when I switched to postpaid connection, I see there is a hidden charge on my bill. Even after registering complaint, none of your customer support team is taking action on it. @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have been facing a persistent issue with your service and despite reaching out 3–4 times through the Airtel app and customer care, there has been absolutely no resolution. This level of service is highly disappointing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
