Its been 3days waiting for my broadband plan to upgrade. Request through app called customer care 5 times still request in process, however airtel show 2 hours ETA for plan upgrade. Amazing speed Airtel @airtelindia

@airtelindia Why customer has to pay late fee for your app problem even the money deducted from bank account ontime and raised complaint. Your team took 4 days to resolve and finally with late payment . Pathetic service nowadays. Time to switch to ACT it seems.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia firstly u hike the tariff and then u started looting our money. How irresponsible is ur service. Worst. Facing network issues since three days. Don't tell me to DM privately. As I always DM @airtelindia. So just improve ur network.
