    @airtelindia I have dm'd atleast 10 times in the last 04 days about my internet issue but no one from airtel bothers to reply. I have taken a 40mbps subscription and not getting even 40kbs.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, @airtel_wifi "I got Airtel Wi-Fi installed on 08.08.2026, but the engineer did a very sloppy and improper installation job. Now, neither the engineer or Airtel support is picking up my calls. Extremely disappointed with this poor service!"

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You have not even come to my home to check what the underlying problems are with the IPTV. Today is the 4th day and no one has come to my home or contacted me for the issue. Your carelessness, laid back attitude and unethical practices is shameful.

    @JM_Scindia @airtelindia And then there is BSNL. The government has a telecom operator of its own — but years of underinvestment, slower network expansion and service-quality gaps have meant that BSNL isn't yet a realistic alternative for millions of consumers.
