I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

Hi @airtelindia I recharged 28 days ago at 7:28 PM but my plan got canceled this morning itself. Isn’t this a deficiency in service? Other operators (Jio, BSNL) end plans exactly at the recharge time. Please clarify before I escalate this to TRAI / Consumer Forum under the CPA

@airtelindia I take a 1 year for please provide best internet.. but nothing. @Airtel_Presence backend team blaming local employees, backend engineer say go talk with TL somthing terms to report & problems. I don't understand. I'm consumer & goong to every where carry ur problems. 🙏🏼

@airtelindia @DoT_India If there is any problem in Airtel, there is no option available to talk to the customer. Airtel 5G is a poor service, after the 1.5 GB data is used, 5G unlimited does not work.
