  We are facing disruption to @airtelindia fiber since thursday. After repeated calls the only thing we got is different resolution time,which gets extended on the next call. Such pathetic services is not appreciated at all.

  @Airtel_Presence Kudos @airtelindia.You never fail to disappoint. The landline is dead and broadband isn't working.Your customer care service is total ****.Upon calling the number it asks for options(english/hindi,etc).Sadly it cannot recognize the user input after 100 tries.

  @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia And the treatment I am getting is not fair. I am also told that a new connection is possible... Which proves the lie the other rep told me that ports are not available. Just tell me if you don't need me to continue as a customer. All I need is some clear communication.
