Airtel admits capacity issue but has taken no action. My work, productivity, and income have suffered while Airtel keeps charging the full bill.

Batman (@raraEnthusiast) reported@airtelindia I have experienced network outage for 3 times in the last 1 month of installing the wifi connection. All three of them lasted atleast 6 hours and yesterday it was all day long. So will I not be billed for those days or how do you guys plan to compensate that?
