I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

@airtelindia is the worst. They claim to be one of the best but the customer experience they give is the worst. Took a payment for a fiber connection but the technician says the guy who gives connection is on leave. How convenient is this? #airtelsucks #CustomerExperience

@RishiNangia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue is systemic!! If you call 121, you have to narrate the whole story to a new person every time. The young person has a menu in front. If the problem does not fit the menu, good luck to the customer! My issue is logged time & again as a "Network" issue!
