I wanted to have mofi from @airtelindia but there was no dongle in Rayagada. I was asked to wait for 1 or 2 months. So I got the mofi from @reliancejio which is very slow. Caught between a rock & a hard place. This is no choice! @JioCare

Horrible service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence DTH. I have been complaining since 3 months now but to no avail. All complaints over phone and emails go unheard. Even calls made to Nodal desk was of no help as they always promise to call back but till now no calls received.

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We're paying around 2k every month as bill but the network speed in Area PIN code:221004 is very poor (less than 1Mbps). Pls loot into this otherwise the offerings of 300GB of data useless at current speed.

Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia channel no #229 already part of my pack, when I try to remove it Thanks app not letting me as it's not showing that under my package. Dialled 12150 and it asks me to use thanks app. Dialled customer care and no option to talk to person.

@airtelindia worst network ever. After complaining more then two weeks internet problem is still in worst condition. Your customer care and socail media both team take address for improvement. In night after 12 internet is on top speed but in whole day speed is worst not poor.
