  I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

  The customer care executive deceptively converted my two separate plans (PostPaid+WiFi) into the Airtel One Plan. She used an OTP that was supposed for service closure, but used it to convert to the Airtel One Plan. Are you people going to get down to this level? @airtelindia

  . @airtelindia Every 4 weeks, my Airtel Xstream Fiber stops working due to what your support team says is a power issue with the fiber infrastructure. I have to raise a new service request every time just to get it fixed, but there is still no permanent resolution.

  @airtelindia In omicron 3, greater noida, internet (fiber) is not working since last 3 days. Everytime I call customer care,they increase 6 hours and say it will fix within this timeline. What kind of service it is? From tomorrow WFH will start, who will be responsible?
