    I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your fiber customer care is pathetic. Have been following up for billing team for last 15 days for issues, everytime I'm promised a resolution within 4/24 hours or someone would callback, but there is no callback or resolutions.

    Hey @airtelindia, I've tried reaching support multiple times, but nothing gets resolved. Your chatbot doesn't understand the issue, and your IVR doesn't even let me speak to a real person. This support experience is unacceptable. Expected much better from Airtel.

    @airtelindia why did you introduce fast lane for postpaid.. I am immediately switching to prepaid.. you messed up with the network and loosing n/w in almost all prime areas in Bangalore.. why to introduce semi tested products on people... @TRAI you continue to sleep ? @MIB_India

    @airtelindia I raised a complain 3 days back about the network issue and it seems you people don't even care anymore. No one addressed the issue. No one called.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why internet is down even no information to customer what happened how much time. 6 hr of blackout of internet . Really that too in Bangalore areas. Really Airtel are you working? No broadband and slow mobile net as well.

    @airtelindia Seems like airtel is going South. Issues on signal drops are simply ticketed with a response time of fortnight and then closed with no effort. Should number porting be a better option?

    Airtel network has been down for 5 to 8 hours many times in these 15 days. Dhamangaon Railway 444709. This should be investigated at the highest level so that the users are not inconvenienced. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews If we miss to recharge u will add all type of penalties & disconnect the services but when in a month 5 to 6 days network is down then why I have to pay? Closed service calls without attending & No CC to talk & only bots. @TRAI Hopefully u r sleeping
