  I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

  @airtelindia Poor experience while porting to postpaid using airtel thanks app. Got the message that sim will not work in J&K. My primary reason was I was planning to travel and now I can’t as my business phone won’t work. Pathetic experience.

  Sabko 1 common problem hai ! Unlimeted 5G ke name par 2 GB khatam ho jata hai. Vo bhi 5G network par. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Aur phone network 4G aur 5G bich Fluctuations bhi nahi hota. Kuch to Solution karo iska.

  @airtelindia your service quality has gone to dogs from a reputed name of quick response and resolution provider. When I purchased broadband services I was promised 4 hr TAT and you have quietly changed that to 24hrs. Still your so-called "dedicated" relation team keeps (1/2)
