  I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband WiFi Internet is down since evening in thakur village 400101 and the chatbot has been giving std revert 5-6 hours for it to be back. This is seriously pathetic customer service

  @airtelindia Seems like airtel is going South. Issues on signal drops are simply ticketed with a response time of fortnight and then closed with no effort. Should number porting be a better option?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised a complain about networking issue and my DTH TV is not installed. I received a message Hi, your complaint No. 31-1000014912563 raised for your Airtel Number xxxxxxxxxxx has been closed. If you are dissatisfied with the provided resolution, please contact 198 or appellate to raise an appeal. I can only say that my complain 31-1000014912563 is not resolved and Airtel is closing complain without resolution. Very Unfortunate.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for 3 days iptv isn’t working. Complained on Monday but yet no call or visit to check and resolve the issue. Same issue had come couple of months back. It’s ridiculous TAT

  @airtelindia @airtelnews If we miss to recharge u will add all type of penalties & disconnect the services but when in a month 5 to 6 days network is down then why I have to pay? Closed service calls without attending & No CC to talk & only bots. @TRAI Hopefully u r sleeping

  @airtelindia it’s frstating to see ur fav ntwk prvdr service being degraded despite being priority customer. I have been folng for my service reqst frm past 7 days and every time end the call with 24hrs soltn period. Just hoping to reslve it sonr here. My acct id:10101021469948
