  @airtelindia @airtelnews Pathetic service! My Optical Fiber con shifting request has been pending for 4 days despite spending 50+ minutes on support calls. Without my consent, it was somehow changed to an Airtel Air request due to a "system glitch."Please resolve this immediately

  Absolute harrasment by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even as a black customer. They charge the bill incorrectly first looting the customer and then failed to provide a waiver even after accepting and agreeing since ages. SR 31-1000015159156

  Please do not use @airtelindia Airtel Wi-Fi services. My Wi-Fi transfer request has been pending since 21st July. It has now been 6 days, and despite repeated follow-ups, neither the engineer nor the customer support team has responded or resolved the issue. My internet has not been working during this entire period, yet Airtel still expects customers to pay for the days when the service was unavailable. This is extremely poor customer service and an unacceptable experience. I request Airtel to resolve this issue immediately and adjust the billing for the period during which the service was not provided.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence PATHETIC AIRTEL..HARDLY AFTER 1 WEEK OF INTERNET OUTAGE AND RESOLUTION,AGAIN TODAY INTERNET GONE SINCE 11.30 AM. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE FLAWLESS AND UNINTERRUPTED INTERNET CONNECTION, THEN PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR BUSINESS, JIO BROADBAND IS MUCH BETTER.

  @airtelindia Your internet has been terrible for almost a month. The network is slow and often unusable, and even 121 customer care is not connecting. Fix this immediately, or I will switch to Jio, which seems far better than Airtel. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've had no Wi-Fi for the past 5 days despite raising a complaint last Thursday. Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.

  @airtelindia It has been 10 days since I submitted my request to transfer my wificonnection, and I have made 8 calls to customer care, some lasting 45 minutes, yet the transfer has not been done. My work is getting hampered. Request ID: 21-178601184542_1. It's a pathetic service
