    I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

    i’ve genuinely never seen worse after-sales service than @airtelindia. Constant rescheduling, the technician never shows up for installation, and there’s zero accountability. funny how they’re always prompt when it comes to accepting payment - but the moment you pay, they disappear. does anyone know who can help?

    I have been facing an issue with @airtelindia services that whenever the power goes out within few minutes the cellular data services goes down with it, I can understand that wifi is dependent on power but why cellular. Tried caling cstr care but in vain. Can I complain to @trai
