    I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

    I'm having @airtelindia wifi connectivity issues since 27th may night and i raised complaint on 28th may 12:10am. Since then 3 different agents got assigned to the request on 29th and 30th may but none of them are showing up or even answering when i call them. [1/3]

    . @airtelindia . @airtelnews . Your customer care executives either don't know to resolve user issues or purposefully doing it. Ever since I have raised requests they keep closing it without a resolution. प्याज़ छिलने के लिए रखे हो क्या ऑफिस?

    @airtelindia In pune, prestige corner , shailesh society, & vicinity of swapnashilp society,no inet last 3 days, whats the issue,no clear answer. How lng further wll we be without inet?We need to work from home as per PM directives. Plz undstand and get over issue once for all

    Extremely disappointed with the poor service from Airtel Xstream Fiber. My uncle Vikash Pathak made a payment of ₹1500 on 14th May to Mr. Pushpendra for WiFi installation, but even after 17 days, the installation has still not been completed @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My AirFiber isn't working since 29th May. Raised a complaint, sent emails, but only getting empty promises of "resolution in 24 hours". It’s been 2 days! Please resolve this immediately. SR Ticket: 11031310875

    @TRAI please take action against @airtelindia as they harass subscribers by allowing bunch of tele callers calling throughout the day. This is not the case with other mobile service providers. Please take action against Airtel as this is a daily menace
