I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have a 0 rental plan with basic ISD service active on my postpaid number to keep getting SMSs for my India transactions. In my last bill I have been charged with a 649 + taxes for one day of international roaming which I never requested <1/2>.

@airtelindia I am not even getting a 3G speed on my 4g supported device and the worst part is being told by your executives to shift to 5g network and how am I supposed to do that ? Spending out of my pocket just to get good network which I should usually get.
