    I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

    @airtelindia From last 6 days i m facing a big problem related call divert which was activated and later it is not deactivating so I m unable to receive any call, regarding this I have contacted customer care more than 10-15 time and mailed them more than 7-10 time but no action?

    @airtelindia i have requested for disconnection of my Airtel optical fibre as I have been shifted from my old address although this I have updated many times to customer care but the 2-3 Times for picking up old device courier boy is going to my old address.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint 656158502 still unresolved after 1 month. I requested closure of DTH connection ID 002, but Airtel suspended all my DTH connections for the last 4 days. Even after manually recharging ₹800, services are still not restored.

    @airtelindia this wifi sucks Better go with Jio wifi or act fibernet Been more than 24 hrs and there is no wifi Even customer care sucks What ever they say its total bull **** Don’t ever go with @airtelindia ever again

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am currently travelling out of india and on a standard roaming pack to receive SMS... need to send an outgoing sms and connect to mobile data for 2 mins... did a recharge of 120 rupees, but not working. Can you please help! urgent!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 5 days & still counting I am without the wifi service. Started with outage in the area for 3 days. Then may be the outage fixed but connection never restored for me. After raising a complaint today again outage in area. You can't provide service.

    For the last two weeks, my connection has dropped for nearly 6 hours every day. Want immediate escalation to a senior technical manager to identify the root cause of these repetitive outages and fix them once and for all. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia I had lodged complaint with Airtel to rectify the Set of Box and the unstable net connection -Airtel black) 7 days back and nothing has been done so far I request you to disconnect my connection immediately failing which I shall move the consumer court
