    I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

    @airtelindia Non Standalone Network uses new generation radio (5G) but back haul network remains 4G that is what is called NSA network Deployed by airtel is no tech achievement. 5G has to be SA.

    @airtelindia i am unable to do sms after upgrading to eSim. Its been more then 38hrs all my upi is stuck. Not expecting such services. I want to port out unable to send sms for that too @DoT_India please help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can you please share on what basis you close complaints, on 10th Oct i was committed some booster pack by Airtel team, since thn raised multiple complaints everytime closed without action, last one was raised on 19th & again closed without resolution

    @airtelindia I have purchased airtel Xstram Box on 16 nov on online your executive Committed at the time of taking DTH connection, you will get Amazon Prime and Disney Hot star but till date no service has started and I am following continuously, I have no response from your end
