    I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia whenever I call using airtel sim why the network changes from 4g to G, and there is very much disturbance throughout the call. But whenever I use other operators this problem does not occur.This problem has been there since very long in airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in Kolkata shouldn’t be proud of it’s service. In fact it’s abysmal both with voice (mobile) calls and Broadband (WiFi). Despite several complaints, no solution! Disappointing!

    I ported out of @airtelindia due to its ever deteriorating network. submitted my daughters no to Port out of @airtelindia & tmro her friend will follow. In the other providers shop, 2 other Cust were waiting to port out of @airtelindia The downfall has begun and the end is near.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hey, my airtel WiFi and Sim both stopped receiving connectivity at exactly the same time. No network on my Sim and no WiFi network either. What's going on Airtel? Is this a technical glitch? Please help! Located in Mumbai!
