I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,I have raised a request for relocating my fixed line service new premises, since I relocating.Even after 4 days the request eas unattended,I am tried of calling the customer support and they said it will fixed in 4 Hrs, within a day but not yet done

@airtelindia facing an issue from last 3-4 days in my Airtel sim that no signals are received. When trying to use help in mobile app, it's automatic chatbot and pathetic. No proper response and no way to raise a complaint by app I searched for email address and not yet found
