I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

@JioCare pathetic customer support. No engineer visit despite multiple calls and service requests for the past 6 days. The support team says some one will visit to fix the problem the next day but no one does. @reliancejio Switching over to @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal Worst services is being offered. Really hard to get in touch for services except mail. Rqsting to provide dedicated support for corporates. Issue raised on 14/08, not resolved yet. Services discontinued by airtel. Cont No: 9311226980

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia This has been the worst customer support experience ever. The issue still persists after 100s of calls and multiple service request. The service quality if extremely low. And this is in delhi. Can't imagine the service you provide in other cities.
