Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I mistakenly recharged the wrong Airtel prepaid number with ₹899 through PhonePe and reported it immediately. Both numbers are Airtel numbers. Despite immediate reporting, both Airtel and PhonePe are refusing to help with either reversal or transfer of recharge benefits.
