I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews The service of airtel is becoming worse every day. There is one problem or other from time to time. Sometimes there is speed problem and other times the net stops working. This has become quite frequent now.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic internet broadband service in Koramangala 😕 I would like to give 0 star but I can’t.. If I complaint also there is no response.. really hate it.. This is very irritating didn’t expected this kind of behavior from huge brand.

@airtelindia I'm an Airtel black customer. My internet services have not been working from last 3 days. I work from home and it has been impacting my work. I've made numerous phone calls without any resolution. Everytime I call i am told it will be resolved in 24 hours.
