I was a Happy @airtelindia customer till day before ystday. But want to complaint about it now, as they have taken down the only existing tower in my region without any notice and there is no info on further development. Should we move to @reliancejio or will you return back?

@airtelindia I booked Airtel Xstream Fiber but the installation keeps getting delayed. Every day I’m told the engineer will come “tomorrow,” but no one shows up. There’s also no proper option to talk directly with customer care. Very frustrating experience.

@airtelindia Airtel sims are the worst. My mobile data is not working even tho it's recharged, properly placed in mobile and no issue with mobile. It happened twice before and I had to buy new sim card to use internet again. Airtel doesn't even provide support for this.
