Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , From last two days, I am getting only downloading speed not uploading speed. And due to that, I am not able to WFH and facing internet browsing issue. Can u please provide suggestion so that internet browing speed becomes better.

@airtelindia Issue is with your Airtel Android app where there's no option to Pause/deactivate my broadband connection, No contact email, IVR does not connect to a human, 198 is always unreachable. Fix your app. I don't think a DM is required here. @TRAI FYI

over a month ago i complained in jio complaint service regarding my network issues and they said it's a temporary issue and will be solved within few days but day by day the network connectivity is getting worse so please kindly pay attention. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

@airtelindia @RajivNagarajan @pradipt Sorry to say that but I'm really disappointed with the speed/latency of my airtel fiber connection , On a plan of 100Mbps I'm getting 15.4Mbps Download , 18.8Mbps of Upload with the Latency of 50ms I think switching to airtel was a bad idea
