All option on 198 is working other than complaints. This is bullshit. The @TRAI should strict the use of 198 limited to only complaints. For other ivr service they should use other number @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia In the recent few months there has been more than few technical issues leading to internet being down atleast in our part of Mumbai for more than half day, not that there has been any rains or storm etc.. but still this is very very disappointing.
