@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Why are customers forced to recharge with higher packs just for a small SMS pack so that one can receive OTPs. I recharged with Rs. 79 and now I need to recharge with 199 again and that just for an SMS. It sucks.

@airtelindia we have a restaurant BHK in Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar. We don’t get Airtel signal here. Jio works, Vodafone works but Airtel doesn’t work here. Pathetic customer service from Airtel. Really poor. My number is 9501355533.
