    Pathetic service by @airtelindia. Already paid for the ARP a week ago but it was not activated for some reason, so the amount would be deducted on monthly basis. The customer support is useless and can’t even provide me a complaint number stating it’s “escalated internally”.

    @airtelindia 2089/- rs taken for Wifi plan. I requested for postpaid wifi plan of 499/- pm. They given prepaid plan and deducted 1271/- as activation fee. I applied for the wifi after knowing free installation router. Still they scammed me. Please resolve this issue. Wr is 229/-?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Two complaints, no resolution. SR 11027873160 closed without fix. SR 11028298784 pending. No technician visit despite commitments. Speed 1–7 Mbps vs 40 Mbps. This is service negligence. Disconnect & waive charges or escalating to @TRAI
