    @airtelindia Iā€™m a long-time Airtel Postpaid customer. Today at around 11:20 AM, I visited the Airtel Nadiad Store to update my surname as per my Gazette notification. Instead of registering my SR, the staff and later the manager repeatedly asked me to port to another company.(1)

    @airtelindia I bought international roaming pack which is active on my number. I am unable to connect to any network, I have been trying for assistance on Airtel Cha for last 3 hours and waiting time is always long and after waiting for 15 minutes, it says retry. Pathetic Service
