  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What's seems like @airtelindia is doing very good business and dont need more and is ok to let customer go away. Where is your promise of listening to customer gone.   @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Applied for Fiber at DK 24 Carat, Bhopal. Paid for slot booking, but your team cancelled it. Local executives refuse to lay lines unless 8-10 people sign up. On email, your team is stuck in a bot loop asking for a CAF number your agents won't issue.

  @pbhushan1 Airtel claims postpaid offers better coverage, but my experience says otherwise. Even on postpaid, the network and call quality remain extremely poor. Paying more shouldn't mean accepting the same bad service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
