    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since morning, my dth is not working. Raised complaint and got s message that engineer will reach by 5pm and yet nobody has come. Called one of the previous engineer and he mentioned he will come by evening and it was a lie. Is this the airtel black?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very shameless staff and customer service. Everytime giving me non human replies in email. They r Unable to track the order created by their own app. Return my money please. My work is getting hampered.I could have bought it from any online website

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still issue not yet resolved. Speed is fluctuating between 1 to 70 Mbps .. Such fluctuation is effecting my work. Airtel service is becoming poor day by day. Two times service team changed something within 1 week and told issue is resolved.

    @airtelindia you have the worst app ever, sell it for 2 rupees to jio, unable to raise complaint using app for the relevant number. Money deducted for recharge but, recharge was not done. No way to contact your customer care through app. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Please stop saying that the best network system is yours. Because I am worried about the network in 15-20 days, I have also complained but no answer is received from you.When my recharge is over then I will change the network company but don't make people fool.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can i get a human resolving my issue. Tired of complaining and putting numbers for a bot and not receiving any response. Recharging with data from two days now, data balance not getting updated and i cant use my paid for data.

    I have been trying to contact customer support since 2 hours however I am unable to contact them. I was circling in loop. Very bad customer service. Highly disappointed. @airtelindia 😡😡😡
