    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m done with the empty promises.The service in Nagpur is currently pathetic for both my office Wi-Fi & personal SIM. I’ve raised multiple complaints with no resolution. Why should a paying customer suffer this much? Please fix this immediately.

    Got an Airtel Xstream Fibre connection on 13 June. It stopped working on 23 June. Since then, I've raised multiple complaints and followed up every day, but there's still no resolution. Worst broadband experience ever. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Airtel #AirtelXstream

    So @airtelindia replies with this standard steps. No resolution whatsoever. Sorry for the hassle you had to face. We would request you to follow the below settings in the handset for Airtel SIM 1. Flight/Aeroplane mode should be disabled. 2. SIM should be Enabled from handset. 3. Select Network Type as Auto (2G/3G/4G) 4. Select Network/Carrier Manually as Airtel 2G/Airtel 4G. If the issue persists: 1. Reinsert the SIM card (for USIM/Normal SIM). 2. Restart the handset.     @Airtel_Presence It's been the 3rd time in the last 3 months, @airtelindia wi-fi connection getting disconnected. As internet cables are tied on eb poles, wireman disconnects airtel internet wires. This incident gets repeated in Dindigul, TN. Connectivity sucks @airtelindia worst

    @airtelindia They are still in mode of "looking up in the matter", instead of solving the issue. Seriously, is this your so-called Priority customer service? I shall gladly throw it away if this is the level of customer support I'm to get after being a loyal customer since years.
