    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Earlier ibhad a discussion with Customer care team, he has updated billing cycle as per my request and told u will be charged prorate basis till new billing date, its 22nd or 18th of every month.Its not applied seems. PLEASE dont comit like this.

    @airtelindia request no. 124949404. It's been 10 days since I logged a request for shifting of my broadband connection but the needful hasn't been done. Have made multiple calls to the call center & spoken to 6 different supervisors. No resolution yet. What's happening?
