    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have XStream fibre connection that got activated 8 days back,but am having pathetic experience since then in terms of services, network stability and behaviour of the staff.There is no wifi since 48 hrs, and followed multiple times with the team.

    I got 7 airtel sim cards at my home coz as a customer we thought @airtelindia was the best company we got since last 12 years but we were wrong thats why i m porting all the sim cards from airtel to other network like @reliancejio so you can understand the power of customer

    As a customer i trusted @airtelindia that whenever problem arrises to me you will solve it regarding your network i.e. airtel digital tv as a gesture of customer satisfaction in this compititve era but @airtelindia failed as a network & as a company for me

    @airtelindia No option anywhere either app or website or customer care to SUSPEND wifi connection. I get alternatives Gift it to your friend or Transfer it to another address. I've used your wifi, i no longer need it and i want to remove it. Why can't Airtel proceed with this?

    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but there’s no real action on the ground.

    @airtelindia 598 recharge done.Zee5 and Xstream still not working after several days and multiple follow-ups This is a 28-day plan and valid days are already lost without access to promised OTT benefits. Resolution timeline was also missed Need immediate resolution or refund.
