    Hello @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been down for 7 days. I’ve raised multiple complaints on the Airtel app, but there’s been no response. Customer care isn’t answering, and the store staff can’t provide any update. If the cable is damaged who will repair it and when? #disgusting

    @airtelindia the most pathetic internet service provider. Internet down for 4 days. I raise request and their team closes the request saying the problem has been solved without contacting me or confirming. This is the 5th such disruption in this month only.

    Once again I went to the CP (Connaught Place) @airtelindia customer care center, but they said there is no need for re-verification. Even they don't know why my mobile connection got disconnected. It's been more than 24 hours since the phone was disconnected, and you people are just making a fool…@Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @AirtelWiFi143 it's been 5 days without my Wi-Fi service. I've been calling customer care every day, and each time I'm told, "It will be fixed tomorrow." That "tomorrow" never seems to come. This is extremely frustrating. Please cancel my Airtel Wi-Fi

    I contacted @airtelindia customer care and was misinformed to switch from prepaid to postpaid. Later, another executive admitted the mistake and assured me of 1 month free balance as compensation, but nothing been provided yet. Kindly resolve this issue and honor your commitmemt.

    **** you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews , i have unlimited 4G and 5G data plan and internet isn't working even while my whole month data usage is under 300 GB ....... I want refund for my recharge and compensation for the same, as it disrupted mine too much things.

    What makes it even worse is the customer support. The local support team doesn't answer calls, and when someone finally does, they give false excuses instead of helping. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I was transferring my @airtelindia esim from one iPhone to another and it got deactivated from the old phone but didn't get activated in the new phone. I can't even initiate a new esim request from the Airtel Thanks App as it would require an OTP. Help @Airtel_Presence
