    @airtelindia Hi Airtel, In my current month bill of the Airtel Black plan (Wifi + Postpaid) I was charged extra for ISD charges of rs 110. When I enquired about the same the customer care mentioned that I had made an overseas call and spoke for 7 mins 50 seconds.

    Hey @airtelindia Airtel Wi-Fi not working in Durgapur. Raised complaints 3 times—every time promised a technician, no one showed up. No real support, only poor AI responses. Paying ₹800 for 100 Mbps, but can’t even open basic internet. @TRAI

    @airtelindia Seriously I want to say you guy are very bad at fixing things man It’s been 4 days almost of me having WiFi issues not a call neither fix pathetic But a reminder call to recharge the WiFi plan is on point atleast 10days ahead

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm
