    @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel service, applied for xstream Fibre application No. 02534160136 on 17.07.2021 advance payment done Rs. 2829/- but still not received any call from your service team. Now pl pay back my amount, seems airtel does not want any customer.

    @airtelindia I had paid for AIRTEL Xstream fibre net connection 4 days ago and haven't got the connection yet.Customer service has been hopeless and no proper reason was given to me even after several calls. Your branch at Bengaluru were extremely rude and cut my call! #Airtel4G

    @airtelindia How many days, does it take to switch from Postpaid to Prepaid ? In this process, why should a customer pay for additional days because of lousy service ?

    @airtelindia there's no way to reach your customer care for DTH, during the broadband installation, they took the advance for DTH aswell, the installation couldn't be done and a refund was promised, it's been close to 2 months but no response.

    @airtelindia my two TV DTH are not working since 10 days. Airtel app is useless. Every time I lodged complaint, it shows it is earlier pending. There is No airtel mobile/phone no. to complain. Service provider is also don't regard to airtel customer.

    @airtelindia Can someone help me with my query. My dad's phone was stolen in covid center. I need that number to be transferred to my name. Had submitted all the documents. Now they're saying its no longer in their system.
