    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I hv been trying to get my copper line connectn from Airtel updatd to fibre optic, BTW fr wch I am payin as fibre optics fr 3yrs. Yr engg jst do nt listen, thy keep sayn 30min nd never call bck thn stop taking cl. A serius degradn of yr serv.Dispnt+

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have spent close to 1 hour with your three different customer care executives. They were unable to provide a slot for my installation. We understand every company goes through lows.wishing you good luck n hope you can hire more man power soon.

    @VittalGopal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been nearing 36hrs that some regions in Kolkata have no broadband connection. A so called network outage seems to be the cause mentioned by Airtel. But seriously “36hours”? No proper response/solution from Airtel. Very disappointing
