@edunomics @airtelindia I have the same issue Aman and Airtel have failed to resolve the issue, it's been two years and continuing without any resolution, despite multiple complaints and multiple times DM updates. Better to port to a different service provider. @Airtel_Presence

Worst service @airtelindia for Xtream Fiber. Wifi is down for 2 days, done complain more than 5 times but still no action taken. Even your local coordinator is not picking up the call.
