Indian #lawyers, a question for you: shouldn't a service provider like @airtelindia be legally bound to provide a phone number for customer service issues on its website/app? And a human contact to address these issues? Not just an automated chat box with pre selected choices.

@airtelindia have updated my phone to ios 16.2 beta to access 5g speed. I was not able to so called customer care who informed me that 5g is only rolled out and not launched… and your company is saying that 10 lakh customers are already using it. So who is lying ?????
