  Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please Please Please improve ur network in my location i hav 6 connection of u in my home n no one is getting proper signal strength. If we step in our home means we r switching off our mobiles. Complained many time but no one is responding!!

  @airtelindia I made a plan change request for the broadband as on 3rd Feb while making full payment in advance however the plan is not being upgraded yet. I have to call 121 on a daily basis and it's getting out of hands now. Such poor customer service to a 5 year old customer.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Not satisfied with privileged Airtel black service. I requested for relocation for my d2h and broadband last Thursday (3rd Feb 2022). Today is 9th Feb 2022, still didn’t heard anything specially for broadband. Tried a lot to connect with my RM but no response.
