    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please Please Please improve ur network in my location i hav 6 connection of u in my home n no one is getting proper signal strength. If we step in our home means we r switching off our mobiles. Complained many time but no one is responding!!

    What's left but the false hopes??? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Though you bill me thousands I've stick to you guys inspite of having much better offers from other service providers. I have been raising complaints over the network problem for the past 4 years. But no use!!

    @airtelindia A device pickup was completed 5 months ago, yet I’m still repeatedly contacted about the same pickup with no action taken. Customer support has been frustratingly unresponsive, and the overall user experience has been terrible. Please take ownership and resolve this.

    @airtelindia ,@DoT_India . My post paid number is not working since last 4-5 days. I am unable to receive or call in my mobile number. Lot of times contacted to customer care but no solution yet. If consumer doesn’t have another number then how to contact customer care?

    @Ravisutanjani Totally agree with you. @airtelindia i dont know what upgradition they have done instead the network has deteriorated. Even after repeated complaints still the issue stand unresolved.

    @airtelindia WiFi fluctuating intermittently in my area (Narendrapur, Green Park, Kolkata) for past 6 hours today. Every few mins WiFi stops working. Please address this issue ASAP

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - what is the point of being an airtel black/post paid customer when the complaints are not getting resolved. When i call customer support only answer they have is some one from backend team will call. Why the backend team is not the front end help?

    @airtelindia has reached a new level of incompetency, never seen the service deteriorated so fast, I used to recommend them but not anymore, tried switching wifi plan & it's pending from almost 10 days, where I am calling them for 4 days & they refuse to refund, saying me to wait
