    @VodafoneIN It's been a year I've been complaining about network. I got 27 calls in total and have explained the issue, everyone had the same reply - Technician will be at your place in 3 working days. @airtelindia has a better network coverage and speed in my area

    @airtelindia I have received call from Kesar, Airtel Executive. He informed me that due to technical issues, account is not showing updated. He further informed me that my package is for 12 months. Kindly give your relpy to confirm this call and about account updation. Thank You.

    I think it's best to use @WhatsApp Voice calling to non-jio telecoms from @reliancejio number if we don't want to top-up and give a thumbs down to @airtelindia & @VodafoneIN who are supporting IUC charge when they are unable to provide better service in many areas as Jio

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence

    frustrating is that despite my WiFi being completely disconnected since April 1st, I was still forced to pay the bill. This is absolutely unacceptable and clearly reflects the pathetic level of Airtel’s customer service and commitment towards its user.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I paid ₹530 based on your cashback promise for the Insta EMI Card offer shared on 9 April. Despite repeated follow-ups, there is still no resolution or proper response. Until this amount is adjusted/refunded, I will not pay any further Airtel bills.
