Cause of lack of services I was forced to surrender or cancel one mobile connection and port out the other mobile number. I really hope that a Platinum Customer is treated better.

Airtel’s own terms state that International Roaming is disabled by default and that charges for roaming usage apply when the service is activated and usage is generated.

They only give you 100 mins talk time on recharge of international roaming pack, and no other options to top up minutes.
