    @airtelindia I made my DTH recharge through Airtel application..but due to your technical issue...it's not done..and my money debited from account..made another recharge from other application...plz process refund as earliest

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal It's a shame that since a month I have been requesting for a new Broadband fiber connection but no one from the team bothers to do anything. Is this how Premium customers are treated or it's Just for TV ads Customer satisfaction Pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia DTH ID-3012212801 Forced to switch to @TataSky Due to very very poor service. Lot of channels blocked, though part of package. No service response no feedback,no automation. That's disgusting

    @Airtel_Presence I have been constantly tweeting & updating the team on DM but since last 2 days my Wifi isn't working it's absolutely pathetic of @airtelindia & it's ground team.. Is this why we associate with a brand to get poor service & no response inspite of repeated msgs.

    @airtelindia airtel black 10101016458588 bill increased 2 time with in year. When I call customer care no solution provided, they also used bad term with us. No information of plan revise received. Ridiculous services. Airtel have attitude issue.

I urge the people to get everything in detail in you are taking a new connection specially the broadband. Airtel AirFiber is pathetic.

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia This is very serious, government must step in. Majority of the consumers are prepaid and recharge from time to time. Starving them of a fair network coverage will be unfair and such monopolistic practices by these cos need to be nipped in the bud.
