    @airtelindia when i called to customer care service for my query they just gave me a fake reply from their side and didn't sent me the complaint number in my sms. Name of customer care personnel was Hariom. I need a action against him.

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia All that the team knows is just feature Ads on TV's it's Work from Home and important thing is Internet which is of no concern to the Team. I want my issue resolved at the earliest.

    All option on 198 is working other than complaints. This is bullshit. The @TRAI should strict the use of 198 limited to only complaints. For other ivr service they should use other number @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I made my DTH recharge through Airtel application..but due to your technical issue...it's not done..and my money debited from account..made another recharge from other application...plz process refund as earliest

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence finally I am terminating the service..I got the call from ur team n they are asking me to do whole wiring thing again which I have done 3 months back only..y to give 600 to electrician every three months.such a wastage of money.

    @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia requested for porting code, no UPC code received. Went to Ranchi airtel store, called customer care, both of them asked to contact vice-versa. No solution. Poor network, poor response from customer care. #mnp
