    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence finally I am terminating the service..I got the call from ur team n they are asking me to do whole wiring thing again which I have done 3 months back only..y to give 600 to electrician every three months.such a wastage of money.

    @Airtel_Presence Getting just 2G on the fastest 4G network in India @airtelindia. Previous issues yet to be resolved, now facing another one. No response from customer care over Phone & App. What a shame!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia seriously I'm fed up of the service providers of broadband connection. it's been 1 month since I've applied for connection..at starting they told me that it'll take 7-8 days for getting connection and still they didn't sent their engineers 2 install.

    @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia requested for porting code, no UPC code received. Went to Ranchi airtel store, called customer care, both of them asked to contact vice-versa. No solution. Poor network, poor response from customer care. #mnp

    @Airtel_Presence I have been constantly tweeting & updating the team on DM but since last 2 days my Wifi isn't working it's absolutely pathetic of @airtelindia & it's ground team.. Is this why we associate with a brand to get poor service & no response inspite of repeated msgs.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Regret to say that the data services on add on no 9650992546 is still not available even after 225 Hr. Complaints were registered several times to 121/198 I don’t have any other option but to change service provider if AIRTEL do not respond

    Improve your network connectivity in lalpur area. Connectivity is very poor. Even 3G service is not working properly . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @VittalGopal All of a sudden my SIM got crashed, I am unable to reach your customer care directly. I have recharged for 54 days and 3 gb per day all went in a vain. Do you have any solution to this. Refund or repair #refundorrepair @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia All that the team knows is just feature Ads on TV's it's Work from Home and important thing is Internet which is of no concern to the Team. I want my issue resolved at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence 10 years with Airtel and still got ghosted in DM without any resolution. Worst customer care service. @JioCare is far better when it comes to customer support. People should think twice before buying Airtel services. Very Disappointing @airtelindia

    AI assistants: I have had interactions with AI assistants on @amazonIN , @airtelindia and an health insurance co website, All were absolute rubbish. No way I can communicate the real problem. At least, Airtel still had a real human contactable. With patience.

    @airtelindia what is the point of selling xfiber and installing underground lines when you are unable to support and provide installation services and on top of that while signing up you stole 1500 from me and now 3 days have passed and yet no connection has been installed

    @airtelindia Your Airtel DTH is one of the worst I’ve seen. Been trying to reach a customer care representative for more than half a day and yet the entire process is looped. You’ve disabled all the options to remove channels from the Airtel Thanks App as well.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, My Airtel Xstream Fiber+DTH installation order was cancelled by ur technician due to no signal availability in my area. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 2 days, but it has already been 7 days & I still hvn't received it
