    @airtelindia Issue is with your Airtel Android app where there's no option to Pause/deactivate my broadband connection, No contact email, IVR does not connect to a human, 198 is always unreachable. Fix your app. I don't think a DM is required here. @TRAI FYI

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , From last two days, I am getting only downloading speed not uploading speed. And due to that, I am not able to WFH and facing internet browsing issue. Can u please provide suggestion so that internet browing speed becomes better.

    @airtelindia What kind of one way customer service you have where I can't talk to a human. Can't pause my connection and there is no option for disconnection in your app. This unfair business practice. @TRAI
