  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia requested for porting code, no UPC code received. Went to Ranchi airtel store, called customer care, both of them asked to contact vice-versa. No solution. Poor network, poor response from customer care.

  @airtelindia I must wanted to share that Airtel are the best in service at present.i recently visited to get micro SIM in outlet and ppl r really friendly and not even charge Rs.1 for anything. I proud to get such services. Would like to be Ur customer always ,if service is so👍

  @airtelindia Issue is with your Airtel Android app where there's no option to Pause/deactivate my broadband connection, No contact email, IVR does not connect to a human, 198 is always unreachable. Fix your app. I don't think a DM is required here. @TRAI FYI

  @TRAI yeah i have a Airtel sim. Their internet is pure garbage in every single location. Zero reliability. And customer care? Even worse. When you call them, you only get a ******* voice agent/bot. It keeps looping the same useless script again and again, never understands a single word you say, and deliberately traps you so you can NEVER talk to a real human. Absolute psychological torture. I paid ₹979 for their so called "3 month unlimited 5G" plan. Unlimited? What a ******* scam. After just 300 GB they throttle you into the ground. 5G becomes slower than 2G. Data crawls so hard you can’t even open Twitter or Linkedin properly. Absolute fraud @airtelindia i'm gonna switch into Jio after recharge end.. @Airtel_Presence

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please cancel my Airtel Wifi connection as after 3 days of promising shifting of connection you couldnt do so. New connection happens in a day, and shifting takes forever. Worthless being a premium customer of Airtel.

  @TRAI Yes, @airtelindia especially both mobile and WiFi. I am getting Airtel data in burst mode. Some time good speed for 5 minutes and then suddenly 2G speed for next 20 minutes. Severely impacting the work and overall internet experience. There is no resolution to comaplaints.
