    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia requested for porting code, no UPC code received. Went to Ranchi airtel store, called customer care, both of them asked to contact vice-versa. No solution. Poor network, poor response from customer care.

    @airtelindia Geetanjali kushwah(team leader) and Ajay of Airtel customer care wasted my time and finally agreed to the facts . It has been 12 hours and no Airtel down in Latma Area of Ranchi. Ur customer care was just worse. I loved Airtel but @JioCare is better

    And the customer care of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence were really a 20 mins , waste of time. There answer was that i should call back when my connection is fine , r u serious , i pre paid , so can u please give me my service. Ur customer care is telling me to call back before*

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have installed airtel fiber yesterday and today it is disconnected I am not able to use internet its been max of 4 hours how much more hours you need to resolve. Will I am not paying your service charge???

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence finally I am terminating the service..I got the call from ur team n they are asking me to do whole wiring thing again which I have done 3 months back only..y to give 600 to electrician every three months.such a wastage of money.

    @airtelindia I have taken the connection 4 month back only..n after only 15 days it started giving headache.there is always outage prob from your side.i can use net only max 5-7 days a month.i am literally paying Airtel for free..I want to discontinue the connection n want refund

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence And why is the 121 number telling technical issue and it will fix in 10:35pm then not fixed , again 121 called , again says 11:35pm , same thing happening till now , R u kidding , people have to work. @airtelindia i am disappointed. X- Airtel Praiser
