  @airtelindia I have taken the connection 4 month back only..n after only 15 days it started giving headache.there is always outage prob from your side.i can use net only max 5-7 days a month.i am literally paying Airtel for free..I want to discontinue the connection n want refund

  After an entire month of back & forth with numerous calls & emails, multiple calls for same issue @airtelindia is still unable to solve the issue. How many times a customer has to go through the same circle of explaination to ‘we will check and get back’? @Airtel_Presence
