From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence __That most of the time they put your call on hold, and later they refer a site and tells you that you can file a complaint here, spending more than 30 minutes is very annoying, do something, they are driving away your customers(add me also)

Never get the CCTV Installed from @airtelindia Airtel XSafe. These guys are complete fraud. Better to install the same from sone other provider.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Do your customer service really exist? I am a platinum member and almost 10 years with Airtel. I am continually following up for my request from 26 march. Although still not resolved. Do you want to switch to other services provider?
