From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

@airtelindia In an emergency situation they cannot even try to call an ambulance because of almost 0 network. Have tried writing atleast 100 buy no one responds. What is the point of this progress to 5G if u cannot provide basic services .Shame Airtel for being so ignorant

@airtelindia @airtelindia Network in Hyderabad is really poor from past 2 months. This is across the city I observed. Raised an issue in airtel thanks app and they closed the complaint resolving it. When asked, it will be auto closed in 48hrs it seems. I don’t understand your concept!! 😟
