    From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointing service today. I travelled ~30 mins to an Airtel store for a replacement SIM. After reaching, I was told their system/website isn't working. I've now been waiting for 2+ hours with no solution.

    Hi @airtelindia I recently changed my esim to physical sim, haven’t received the signal yet. Moreover there is an incident of overcharge for this service at the store.

    Very Poor quality of Network provided by Airtel in Kota ,rash Chamaparan, Bihar behind High school kotwa. I am facing network autoswitching from last December 2025, I raised many complaint to Airtel , but issue didn'd solved yet. Please look at to this matter. @airtelindia @TRAI
