    From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

    What are you doing airtel first you don't give cheaper recharge plan and after recharging with ₹979 still my net is not working. I have changed 4G sim to 5G sim. But 4G sim is better than 5G sim. After upgrading my sim my unlimited is not working. @airtelindia @AIRTELSUPP27946

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia DLT message services are not working. VI corporate support does not know the plans or pricing. VI Store seem to live in heaven and do not care about anything. VI social media team said they are looking into this. VI is a perfect killer of business.

    charging ₹1k for an “84day 5G plan” in Bengaluru and delivering barely usable 2G with no call inside my room. @airtelindia it’s complete service failure.If you can’t provide the network you advertise,stop misleading customers.Either fix this immediately or refund my money. #blr

    @airtelindia @joydeepmullick Same story here — wrong bills, zero response, @airtelindia has become the definition of unaccountable. This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Meanwhile billing hasn’t stopped. Auto pay has already charged me even though service hasn’t been active for 1.5 month. That’s honestly not acceptable.

    @JioCare @airtelindia (1/2) People say "Customer is King", but these 3 years of internet service from @JioCare were like torture—humiliating and frustrating. I was treated as if they were doing me a favor by letting me use their service every time there was an issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kya service hai ye. internet frequently disconnect ho rha hai. service request raise ki, call aa rha h uthate hi cut ho jata hai, return lg ni rha hai. 3 bar cut hone se request close kar di.

    @airtelindia I have come across worst service from airtel to discontinue 1 service its been a week they have not resolve the issue , i have gone thru mental agony if by tomorrow it wont happen i will port all my accounts to jio my number 9820047865
