From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

No wonder why @airtelindia is losing customer base. How can you block the incoming SMS? There are so many things where we need OTP. @airtelindia just change this policy else you will see result in customer count. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I am from Bokaro temple colony. Your service is very poor. Always convert into 2g. When you take 4G money, then you have to do 4G service or 2G, then why are you cheating in the name of 4G
