  From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

  .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel My phone's mobile network is suddenly off from today morning. No Call, No SMS, No Data. Have raised service requests both on airtel app and your call center. I can DM you the service request reference numbers. Kindly resolve this asap.

  Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My airtel wifi is not working since last evening 30th July around 7pm till now 31july2026 5:40pm and there is no fixed ETA provided. It keep on increasing and due to this my official tasks are getting halted. Fix it on priority ASAP.

  What is this pathetic network @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm suffering from constant no internet sessions since yesterday on my 2nd number, there is no internet connectivity whenever the weather is not good, is this your seemless network really @reliancejio works just fine

  @Choprarun @airtelindia Now they will start calling you, from different numbers and ask you about the problem, then confirm your address. This will go on for many days bell before you get fed up and put request for disconnection. Then a new set of people will start calling you...

  @airtelindia ur services r gtting worst everyday. Customers r unable 2 connect u on call as that option is no more available. Just get ur toll free no. disabled. Ur chatbot never understand d language. wt support u wanna provide? Pathetic services & time waste of customer
