    From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

    Almost 18hours since I raised this issue on social media @airtelindia unable to restore WiFi connection and Digital TV connection which is postpaid and they have already taken 2months rental in advance This connection isn’t even completed one month 🙌🏻 LMAO @Airtel_Presence

    Possibly the WORST @airtelindia store I’ve visited at Spectrum Mall, Noida. Staff are completely disinterested, clueless about their own systems, and more busy chatting than helping customers. Absolutely pathetic service.

    Hi @airtelindia Greetings! I've been using Airtel WiFi for the past 6 years. Never had any issues with the support service. Whenever we reached out, support was always available. But, since the past 2 days, the WiFi has been disconnecting frequently. [1]

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a pathetic customer service response. Not answering email, not answering my calls, and WiFi has not been working for 1 week now. @nch1915 I have registered a grievance 9899897, request you to please look into it.

    Airtel is rapidly becoming one of the worst choices in terms of services. Poor and pathetic experience. Rude and unprofessional service teams. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been with Airtel for long now. I will switch and I don’t recommend this to anyone anymore. Poor!

    @SAIKRIS65480356 @airtelindia Its not only airtel rest all the network signals also poor. We need to anti radiation or less radiation boosters or signal enhancers are needed for this we need to take up first with association and then with the network agencies.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Complaint on Twitter, Customer care, Call and still no help. Issue is still not resolved. Wifi is frequently getting disconnected. So u have anyone to respond if not then plz provide me refund. Purchase 30 days before and in that 9 days not working.

    @airtelindia pathetic service, I am unable to raise a complaint for cable channels for both my TV. My service number is 3042128578-001 3042128580-001 My airtel black is 10101012996524 It's been more than a week that we there is no connection. Unable to raise req via app.
