From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Not able to redeem data coupons from Airtel App. Customer Care suggests to recharge for more data as there is issue at Airtel end. What a service? I should spend more money for data recharge inspite of having coupons. What is the point of having coupons? PATHETIC!!!

Must say that there is strong evidence that @airtelindia never invested in testing their user experience workflows for initial customers. Activated a SIM and it wants me to go to the airtel site to recharge; but I need some other mobile data provider to do that! Frustrating!
