    From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Hey Airtel, I’ve already ported out but still getting messages about a ₹53.63 due. Tried paying but no proper way to access the bill. Why make it this difficult to clear a small amount? Fix this ASAP.

    Bringing this to the kind attention of @TRAI I am an @airtelindia Black customer, paying over ₹2000/month, yet still facing poor mobile network issues. Despite multiple communications with Airtel, there has been no resolution.

    @airtelindia Seriously I want to say you guy are very bad at fixing things man It’s been 4 days almost of me having WiFi issues not a call neither fix pathetic But a reminder call to recharge the WiFi plan is on point atleast 10days ahead

    @airtelindia I paid ₹3022.61 for a 6-month WiFi plan in sep, but your support says it’s only 4 months. Why did your app show a 6-month plan and charge ~₹3K? This is misleading. Please fix this immediately, or I’ll escalate to consumer court.

    @ibhaveshjadhav @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You can switch to less worst. Who's holding you back This is a repeated offender and looter since 2G era, where our emergency coupon recharges were wiped off within few seconds in name of services which we never asked for

    Its has been 10 days and i have raised multiple complaints against wifi down time issue but still not getting any proper resolution and response. pathetic customer service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
