    From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

    @TRAI There are dead zones where mobile network drops QoS values. Right now we r facing sporadic issues with @airtelindia fiber and mobile network. For fiber, their on field engineers refuse replacing routers and ask us to go thru their overly complicated IVR system.

    @airtelindia @airtelbank @RBI Airtel Payments Bank, a simple issue I had flagged almost a month ago was finally resolved yesterday. Don't remember having had a more frustrating experience. Your top management should seriously examine whether customers should be on boarded when service can't be provided.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the most scamster company I've ever seen. Got a call from Airtel to recharge wifi from Airtel Thanks app, where it shows 1+1 month free, get 1 month free. Recharged exactly the same. Never got any free coupon. Now wifi is suspended after 1 month

    Been a customer of @airtelindia for 16 years, the network has gone to dog ****. Whatever new space tech they have invented for network prioritisation, is messing up prepaid bandwidth big time. Need to reevaluate my network provider.
