Sandeep Reddy (@geetlasandeep) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Successive govts have deliberately crushed this organisation in favour of private org's.This a behemoth actually. Broadband network had formidable customers long after mobile users have shifted loyalties.

Amol Gujar (@amolgujar17) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Funny thing. Only BSNL employees will get it. More if any other lucky to get he should be lucky enough to get signal. Only optics of dying legacy.

UPS (@neptune497) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don’t know what i am even paying priority for. There is absolutely no priority like service or speed, (speed is also 4g) to call priority. Wish there were some other providers so I don’t have to go through the **** show you are running.

Suresh J (@SureshJawade) reported@Airtel_Presence Ask your guy to come and pick up your installed garbage and go asap pathetic service from @airtelindia and make sure you stop your stupid 24x7 chat bot customer service and have a real human person aot there to take call and resolve customer issue. Pathetic service @airtelindia

Live Talks'🏵️ (@RakeshS091) reportedExtremely disappointed. If this continues, I may have no choice but to port all four connections from Airtel. I’d genuinely regret leaving, but why should a paying Postpaid customer have to repeatedly seek basic connectivity? @Airtel_Presence @bhartinews @airtelindia

आयुष पंडित (@_Ayush_pandit) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Retaining customer funds for failed server transactions and adjusting them toward upcoming billing cycles without explicit user consent is an unfair trade practice under CPA 2019. Charging for a service non-functional for 60+ days is completely unacceptable.

poobesh (@pbshgthm) reportedIt’s kind of insane how predatory some brands have become. @airtelindia makes it easy to switch from prepaid to postpaid through the app. But if you want to go from postpaid to prepaid, you have to visit a store. The friction is very obviously intentional. @FurlencoSupport sent me the wrong product, and apparently there’s no support team I can actually reach to fix it. And I’d bet most people in your circle don’t have a great opinion of them either. What’s frustrating is that I actually like the services these companies offer. I just don’t know where things went so wrong. Is it just me, or are Indian consumers slowly becoming the frog in boiling water, quietly accepting progressively worse service? I don’t have a problem paying more for good service. But making basic support difficult and deliberately adding friction when it benefits the company is just yuck. I also hate that there isn't a way for normal consumers to do anything about it and the brands keep getting away.

Arshad (@Arshadlegend) reported@Airtel_Presence Still no one contacted me. I never seen this type of worst service. You people are just playing A games with customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Ashwani S (@Ashwani84894279) reported@airtelindia @DoT_India I am extremely disappointed with Airtel Digital TV customer service in Mumbai. For more than 15 days, it is repeatedly requested for support through the Airtel App – Chat/“Ask Me” section, but no technician has visited and the issue is still unresolved.
