  From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

  @reliancejio @JioCare Your customer care sucks. No one picks up the call. Called multiple times and awaiting for hour or more but no one respond. This is how you treat postpaid connections. All those who view this and want service- Switch to @airtelindia if you ever want postpaid

  Airtel customer representative told me that they can't reverse/cancel the recharge as I used paytm instead of airtel app. I even gave my friend's airtel number to see if they could transfer the recharge to him as I wont be using it anyways. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia It's been 24hrs since the request 10082337752 is raised for broadband concern and the issue is not resolved yet. As a result I need to travel to office tomorrow for work which is 70km from my place. Highly disappointed with your services !!!
