From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Just after 3 days of Airtel xstream fibre installation my internet stopped working. When I talked to customer support they keep giving me time but no engineer was sent to resolve the issue. I don't know if I should regret recommending it to my relatives.

I am having a terrible network experience with @reliancejio & @JioCare Lodged several complaints before but didn’t got any resolution. Latest complaint number is SR000013ZRHW. even now there is no network in my postpaid mobile and am forced to use my @airtelindia Hope you care.

This issue is not resolved @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even after several complaints. I had recharged the mobile 9842103653 from my airtel app from mobile 9632844667. 2010232315587-Transaction ID of amount 574 got failed.

@Prthmms @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dont even try jio their 4G run like 2G in all places , you will regret your decision, I am complaining for slow speed in jio for last 5 months , they didnt do anything, airtel also sucks but but jio is worst

@airtelindia Dear airtel, I am using your network with 0.4 Mbps speed with 4 g device in Hyderabad, what's the point of launching 5g network. First improve quality of service. Since 1 month your team resolving issues.... Don't know how long it continues.
