    From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia so bad network in my area. Kanhauli bmp-6 muzaffarpur bihar 842001. We pay for 4 G but get service of 2G. DISGUSTING

    @airtelindia @AirtelSrilanka We have activated our International Roaming pack while travelling to Sri Lanka, however we are unable to connect to data service. We have registered complain also yet no update. It worked initially for 2 hours then stopped all of sudden at 6pm approx

    @airtelindia says we can use internet on 60 devices. Reality: I'm getting 9Mbps speed on a 40 Mbps plan after connecting 1 device. The customer care executive says it's my fault that I'm using it on multiple devices.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Useless suggestion to resolve customer’s queries is the best addon in airtel black plan. Pathetic service experience, none of team is able to address problem in an effective manner. S.R are getting closed without customer consents 🙏👍🏻
