    From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

    Take it back @airtelindia whats the point of buying 500mbps plan when speed is 20-30mbps you technician changes wire take code and move on instead of analysing the problem root cause and fixing

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Wi-Fi Update: There is an issue affecting Airtel Wi-Fi in your area. We know you rely on it every day, we are working to bring it back in the next 5-6 hrs. Same message passed on for past 4 days. @MoitOfficial , No internet service in Pune.

    @airtelindia any luck - i asked for ip tv and paid 500₹ on 12th May, it is 24th may- after many follow ups on 121 - still no luck and false promises- i have asked now is for refund and cancel my request to ipTv. Service request nos- 4510440778 #verybad support @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Registered a complaint with Airtel on 21st May with a 48-hour resolution promise. Even after 3 days and 3 reminder calls,still no action. Disappointed with such poor customer service & zero accountability from a brand that claims to prioritise customer experience .
