    From last 15 days our area's ( Dansroli, Sikar) people facing call dropping problem. People also trying to call customer care but can't get touch with your executive person. We are living in rural areas it's doesn't mean your company provide to us like this service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This request raised in friday and asked from cancellation on friday itself but still no update regarding refund or whatever atleast cancellation considering this is a Airtel black connection I am excepting some Basic support but here I am not even getting a bsnl level support I already DMed u for the same immediately cancel and process the refund

    @airtelindia I have been facing wifi problems for the last 3 days no revert no update even after multiple complaints. Only extended time line. Most pathetic response by airtel team.

    @airtelindia , I’ve reported poor network quality for months with no follow-up. Tickets via the app auto-close without resolution, and no executive has contacted me. Is only Priority support valued? If this continues, I will consider switching to another provider like Jio.

    Another example of great service from @airtelindia, just called the engineer and finally he decided to take the call only to answer that “Your problem is not my concern as i do not have your area assigned” where as in your Airtel thanks app his number is mentioned.

    @airtelindia No one responding I talked with customer care but they told they will resolve by yesterday.. but no one called me and no resolution
