    @Airtel_Ug takes unlimited time to issue a new merchant line. Already 2+ months has passed and different people committing it will be delivered today since the application. @airtelindia activates the connection within 2 Hrs. Highly surprised with services. @Airtel_Presence

    Absolutely pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. It’s been 10 DAYS since I raised this issue, and there is STILL NO RESOLUTION. Every time I switch to Star Sports HD 1 Hindi, the screen just shows a loading icon with constant flickering.

Your staff asked for SIM replacement and charged ₹150, but issue remains. Please fix this urgently & refund the amount. Mob: 8472957235
