From last 1 and 1/2 years there is no network for @airtelindia sims in my village.. Because of this specially students are facing lot of problems in online learning . There are many problems regarding jio and Vi. Your customer care said that this is official problem.

@airtelindia it's been 6 days but internet is not restored . The issue is not just with my broadband but others as well. The funny part is no one visited even after 2 call to airtel cc everyday.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I have been complaining for last 5 months on issues with Airtel services, call center says they will call back. Airtel presence say I am not reachable, airtel stores says systems have problems. BUT no resolution till date.
