@JioCare Jai, That was the whole purpose of raising a service request, Even though the plan is active, that particular app is still showing up without any subscription. Not sure how hard it is for you guys to understand, never faced this kind of iss with my @airtelindia subscription.

@airtelindia for months we cud not pay your bills thro many banks internet banking. My bank is Central Bank of India. I am paying thro central bank for BSNL Jio and many more why airtel says "it is down" all the time. I am seriously considering PORTING.

@reliancejio @airtelindia This is extremely frustrating. No matter how many times I complained, Jio keeps stealing from my daily quota. It keeps happening every 5-6 days approximately. These people will never stop stealing from their customers!!!
