  @airtelindia when there is an issue with internet (Airfiber), there should be a possibility to speak with real people and not just spend hours on your Airtel chat bot. It is particularly difficult when the installation is at the residence of aged people.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I lodged a complaint about my Airtel wifi on Friday August 7 at 11.40 AM. It's been more than 48 hours and my wifi is still not working and my complaint has not been resolved. Pathetic and disgusting customer service!

  Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service

  @airtelindia It's ok. Issue got fixed. But when a recharge failed due to issues from your end, and I am not able to connect with your human agent (for that I need to recharge again) , I will be in doubt whether the existing recharge will get processed or do I need to recharge again.

  . @airtelindia My esim was deleted yesterday morning. I have been struggling to get the esim reactivated but norhing. Your system for some reason is showing an open request of 1st August finally I went and took a physical Sim yesterday at 7.45 pm. As of 10 am it's not working

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4th day of service interruption and still NO resolution! Despite repeated calls and complaint #11037303303, Airtel has failed to restore the service. Even the assigned service person is not answering calls today. Absolutely pathetic.
