    @airtelindia No one is resolving the issue and closing the tickets. We all are working from home and this type of service is just unacceptable. Let’s us know if you can resolve the issue. I will take some other broadband service. Even after multiple SR my issue isn’t resolved.

    @PreetiSaini7777 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Yeah, I just got back from a nearby airtel store. The sim wasn't working so they gave me a new one that's gonna activate after 24h. It took around 15 min and an id (prob aadhar card, voterid etc) is required. SMS service will resume after 48h. You gotta go to a store.

    7th month bill got generated. Bill for using 0mb of their data. I started getting calls from their customer service to pay the bill. I tried to explain the situation several times. But they were following just one script. Pls pay the bill @airtelindia

    I am an Airtel customer for the past 8 years now and for the same reason, I asked my sister to get an @airtelindia connection as well. I know @airtelcare about its users and I hope this is not a company-wide new fraud going on. We are truly fed up with this, please again help us.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Just within a 10 days internet connection is down again. I called on customer care but they denied to lodge a complaint & informed that try to restart modem after 4 hours. Thanks to "Airtel Thanks" from where I able to raise a complain 10051043692

    @airtelindia customer service wasn't ready to acknowledge my request after several calls. They asked me to pause the connection which needed another payment, which obviously I wasn't willing to as i wasn't moving back. Then the unexpected happened.
