I am getting help from No where. I called both the parties multiple times, I even visited @airtelindia store new #brookefield. The customer support guy suggested to take a new number and claim again.

But when I did a claim for @PrimeVideo through the same app I am not able to use the benefits. I had called multiple times to @airtelindia customer support they said talk with @amazon.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Totally fed-up with your customer care excuses for past 7days. Chasing them for upgradation of my plan to 300Mbps but they have excuses n hold call 10-20mins. That's the value n responsibility towards customer you show ! Pathetic Airtel !!!

@airtelindia you are billing on post paid plan as a cycle 30 days why don't you provide 30 days validity to pre paid users ,it is cheating practice. It seems that for a year user have to pay 13 recharge plan it is bull ****.

@Airtel_Presence Raised request to switch from 100mbps to 200mbps plan on 18 Jan. Still no action. Also, I opted out of 4k extreme box..but now I am pushed to take it. Very unprofessional service irrespective of being Airtel Black member @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Stop making false advertisement that you care your customers. My complaint is pending for last 20days, evrytime I call custcare, false commitments are used to given. I hav recording of calls, all tickets r closed w/o contacting or informing.
