    @airtelindia Hi @airtelindia, I have a 5g phone but your app says that my phone is not 5g. Though the signal I receive on my phone has 5g written over the network bar. Where is the issue here, in your app or in your services?

    @airtelindia you are not good in any of your service. My POSTPAID sim has been disabled from last 7 days. But your store manager doesn’t know how to provide a New Sim. He says he doesn’t have the authority to provide me a new SIM card. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Been trying to swap my airtel sim and the airtel team is rejecting my request everytime from the backend saying live photo is not matching. This is the 5th time I’ve been trying to submit my documents. Didn’t expect this poor response from airtel.@Airtel_Presence
