    @Airtel_Presence Really it's not working. My main problem is no one from your team calling me and informing about the status. I have to call everytime and they say it will be resolved within 24hrs but end of the day none solution. It has almost taken 10days now. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is the worst. Calling helpline since yesterday about Airtel Fiber internet issue. whenever I call them they say there is "Unplanned Internet Outrage" but not the exact time. It's been 15 hours but not resolved as of now.

    @airtelindia Can you please restore internet services in Hyderabad first. There is no internet from last 5 days. This month it's already second time. We got only 3 days internet in th9s month. Very bad service. No proper equipment.
