    @airtelindia I relocated my connection from Noida to Gurgaon, customer care promised me that any pending amount will be transferred to the new connection with same plan. I got a new bill last week and i just got to know that the amount was no transferred and i have to wait for..

    @Airtel_Presence Irresponsibility at its peak, I am following up since morning, and no response frim Ankur D who promised will share progress or resolution DTH number 3023375192, I will not pay your engineer if you do not call back as you are wasting the visit. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Sir, I'm using your contact since last 6-7 years. I always purchase your unlimited plans But you guys charges money for call on toll-free Nos #Surprise then you claim that you are claim "truly unlimited network of Airtel". Really shameful.

    @airtelindia i am a student and internet is one of the key thing i need for my studies and I thought @airtelindia would be a good choice. But its frustrating & keeps fluctuating from 2G to 4G and customer support sucks,they always gives me a date to rectify it but they dont.

    @Airtel_Presence Yes please give me a call @airtelindia. It's about my broadband keep in mind. But apalled by how your customer care responds and expects me to pay for higher plan charges not authorised by me!
