  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on a scale of 1-10 I don't think u deserve even 1. Network connectivity is poorest currently. Inspite of repeated complaints there's no solution & u just mark as complaint closed did u even bother to call & ask abt issue?Are we bng taken for granted?

  @airtelindia WiFi disconnected in April. Device collected. Refund still not received. Still getting pickup reminder messages. No help from customer care, no response to emails. Extremely poor customer service. @Airtel_Presence @AshwiniVaishnaw

  @airtelindia Wi-Fi has not been working in the Kondapur Raghavendra Colony area since 2:00 PM. The outage disrupted all our office work, and there has been no way to get in touch with a support agent. What a terrible service. I will definitely be switching my internet connection

  @airtelindia feeling harassed since 5 days. I have bundled package with Airtel black. since 14June DTH not working, complaint no 656947079/656951683.No technician visit planned, no communication from senior executives. Pathetic customer care. Call center 121 ineffective.

  @airtelindia my office internet which is Airtel fiber is not working since yesterday and there is no solution till now our all office staff is seated without any work in the office. Just waiting for internet. Your team doesn’t respond

  @airtelnews Poor army, now they will run around for network. As a priority customer, I am try hard to get proper network and speed. @airtelindia @airtelnews are you not ashamed to give **** service in the name of "priority"???

  @sonali0_ @JioCare You r going to suffer a lot in @airtelindia because I had raised network related issue in my both postpaid Airtel numbers in my home location but they simply kept on closing my complaints in every 10-12 days without resolution and again I had to raise new complaint.

  Never thought @airtelindia will be like this, their sales person promised to install the wifi in 24 hours , after getting the money he booked installation and post that has not been picking up my calls installation engineer called saying new building installation not possible
