    @airtelindia Everything is back to normal!! A total blackout since 4 days is normal? Neither 121 nor email is responding. I've to leave airtel as i believe it is not interested in providing service in my area.

    @airtelindia since almost a week my mother can't make calls and if someone calls we also get "Server error". I dialed 198 to report complaint but your system didn't let me talk to customer support executive. What a poor customer service.

    Two days ago I was in one of the vip areas of the city, and I needed to use the net and the network was not working at all. Neither I was using WhatsApp nor Google Map. Is this the quality of your service? @airtelindia @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In name of SAFETY CUSTODY you r sucking blood of inocent customers. Why a customer has to pay for deactivation of broadband for few days or months. @DoT_India. I don't think such schemes r approved by government.
