    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I received a call from Sristi, she said she is from postpaid department and will inform the prepaid team and they will call in 30 minutes. Its been more than an hour, there is no call from anyone.... How stupid the #Airtel team are.....

    Asked for plan 499 and instead they changed it to 1499, and I was told that I will be charged for ~2hrs of usage! When I questioned this, "sorry miscommunication". #ethics down the drain! @airtelindia
