@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i changed my mobile to iPhone 13 on 9th Thursday n post tat I am not able to send text sms.had logged a complaint CLSMS3CHN20230209967200 But there is no resolution yet. I visited Airtel Center in person but no one is capable of resolving this.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia don’t you have any one technician capable of resolving this issue. It’s been around 9 days now and I am not able to configure any bank app due to this. Rather than implementing fancy 5G, kindly make sure that the basic things are working

Very poor service by @airtelindia broadband. It's been 3 days of network issue and still not resolved despite many calls to customer care service. Not a good way to deal with the customers. Shame!
