@airtelindia I have raised a ticket regarding excess balance refund for xteeam fiber, problem is not solved and ticket is closed. After many follow up, it's still not resolved. Really disappointed this time with this experience.

It pains me in reaching you here @airtelindia. I approached your call center multiple times and each time despite having shared all details my concern still stands unaddressed and unresolved. I fail to understand if this is now your new anomaly to charge more from airtel users.
