    What a service airtel guys provide, raised a service request today for DTH not working and they closed the request on there own without even a visit. Planning to give my 40k business to other providers. @airtelindia @reliancejio open to your offers

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Till now no resolution provided. If you can't let me to change plan, then I wish to close the Airtel broadband connection. You are creating unnecessary mental agony to me n causing financial loss by not letting me to change plans @geekyranjit help

    @airtelindia raised multiple frequent disconnection of wifi, no one came to see the issue rather they closed the complaint from backend as resolved. Lowest level of servicing. Don't make the fool of customer bcz of them is running business. Better to shut down.

    To, @airtelindia Subject: Complaint Regarding Slow Internet Speed Despite Active Unlimited Data Plan Dear Airtel Team, I am facing extremely slow internet speed on my Airtel mobile network even though I have an active unlimited data plan. The network signal appears full, but internet services are barely working. Browsing, video streaming, and social media apps are taking too long to load. This issue has been continuing for some time and is causing major inconvenience in daily use. I request you to kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible. Details: Network: Airtel 4G/5G Issue: Very slow internet speed despite full signal Active Plan: Unlimited Data Plan Problem Duration: Continuous/Regular Please resolve the issue at the earliest or provide a proper solution.     @airtelnews I wrongly recharged my DTH two times. Only last digit was changed to 3 in place of 9. customer care, X and mail I was told that within 2 days getting refund in my a/c.but afterwards told over phone that the a/c has no balance hence won't get ₹520/. @airtelindia @MIB_India??

    @Airtel_Presence Even after reaching out appellate officer no resolution is provided. It's been more than 20 days without wifi connectivity. @airtelindia #poor service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Telecom authority complaint no. DOTEL/E/2026/0030605 bhi ho gaya, lekin lagta hai ,defective router abhi “deep sleep mode” me hai. Engineers se zyada active to blinking red light nikli. Kya replacement ke liye satellite permission ka wait ho raha hai

    Stayed home and wasted 2 full days because of repeated false commitments from Airtel customer care. Pathetic service & zero accountability after payment is collected. Would honestly recommend Jio over Airtel, at least Jio completes installations the same day. @airtelindia

    @imohitshekhawat @airtelindia Wtf.. and so i have prepaid with truly unlimited 5G recharge. And this 5G stopped working, after too much research, I got to know that there is 300GB monthly cap for this. And they told me to convert to postpaid for better experience. So basically a straight lie. Jio has no limit

    @airtelindia I complaint regarding wifi but no response Never used this wifi service
