  @airtelindia, for the past two days, my internet has been down every morning, taking 6-7 hours to resolve. This is severely impacting my office work 😩 If this continues, I will need a refund so I can switch to some other internet provider 😤. Improve your service

  @airtelindia 4- Please clarify: Why was booking/payment accepted for a non-feasible location? Why conflicting information was given by your staff? Provide immediate installation solution or process full refund of ₹1500. Need a proper resolution, not a generic wait reply.

  Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, it is April 30 and my postpaid internet in Upperpally, Hyderabad is STILL unusable (stuck at 110kbps). I am a student with EXAMS right now and I can't access my study materials. Your IVR says May 11 for a fix this is unacceptable!

  I have requested to @DoT_India to take strictly action against @airtelindia i am postpaid consumer yet i am not getting network in metro City i pay monthly bill on time even after launching complaint multiple times they didn't resolve network issue.
