    @airtelindia Airtel is taking about rolling 5G services and the irony is, they are unable to meet their SLA to upgrade their old connection to FIBER. Airtel India you wont survive in Metro city if you are unable to provide customer Service properly.

    @airtelindia why any prepaid number been deactivated within three months from last recharge? Its wrong and as per rule number get deactivated after three month if not recharge. also improve airtel mobile internet speed. Your customer has no capacity to help. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Number 1 fraud company. While my wife was sleeping, they have activated some VAS and deducted money from her prepaid account. Cust care is not giving any information or any support. Shame on you Cust care exe Karuna Indorkar. #fraud #CustomerService
