    @airtelindia My broadband is not working since 7 oct. Have called cust care 7-8 times. Everytime 48 hrs time is given and my service request gets closed. No technician visited my home yet and didn't even call. Highly unpleasant experience. Kindly look into it urgently.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday my wifi was installed and just after 30 minutes of the installation speed of the internet becomes poor. I am calling the executive from yesterday’s noon but is not responding at all.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews in the service request it is mentioned it will take 9 days to resolve. Are you out of your SLAs. 9 days users has to suffer out of your monthly packs is it ? such a bad customer experience
