    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been visiting your stores for last 2 weeks need to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. I am receiving no resolution there is no option to speak to customer care executive. A ticket is raised for incorrect bill that is also pending.

    It's 3 days from 17nov i raised complaint and from Airtel they ask to wait 72 hours but yet not get resolution as automatically my connection disconnect by Airtel. I'm waiting and now executive said he can't do anything and have to wait more. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Totally dissatisfied with your services as u have started blocking the services of number portability. Raised multiple request to port the number but in vain.. Poor Network and Speed in Karnal, Haryana

    Hello @airtelindia , I have been charged for roaming even when I did not use the services. When I actually needed roaming it was not working. My complaint was resolved without any resolution.I am sad to say if this is the poor service I get I will have to port my number.
