    @airtelindia applied for new brodband connection they ask for OTP, i shared with the person. After 2 hours he said we can't provide connection in your location WTF is Worng He asked all my documents Have they used my documents for there incentive only lol @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not able to connect with customer care as no response on IVR at 121 and no other option available in Airtel Thanks app to raise any complaint or for any other information.. Seems airtel blocked their customers to raise any complaints.. pathetic 😡

    @airtelindia you are misguiding those customer who want to port out from airtel call center is saying one thing and retention team is saying another thing and there is a internal miscommunication between same organisation.worst services.

    @Airtel_Presence This is taking way too long @airtelindia.. I have come to know that you have your #XStreamFibre live within a kilometre from my house. It shouldn't be much of a problem for you to connect me then.... OR, should I be exploring other options?

    otherwise they shut down incoming in 15days then outgoing in 30days. I have 2sim diff network-one for work one for personal and WiFi for data. Now I've to keep recharging all. @idea @airtelindia if u wanna keep your customers, Y don't u provide validity recharges like BSNL -2/2

    @airtelindia India's worst internet service provider...Agar ek baar aap #Airtel ke chakker mei fas jaoge fir .....poora paisa aapka barbaad....no refund....beware of #airtel . U can try even local internet service provider. Shifting or disconnection pending from 8th April.

    @airtelindia, do not cancel your wifi connection with them even if you call customer service. They made me pay a closing fee and still havent cancelled my wifi. Been trying to cancel it for months.

    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but there’s no real action on the ground.
