Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A new sim was issued to me more than 24 hours ago promising my service will start in about 4 hours. I had to travel more than 25 Kms to fetch that SIM card. After being a loyal customer for more than 18 yrs this is what I get

@airtelindia after you lodge a complain the engineer who will visit your place he is clueless what exactly is the issue he will start making you understand such things which has no logic in it still I have not got my issue fix i don't know what exactly should i do
