    @airtelindia raised a MNP request on 14th Aug via your App and paid for a prepaid plan on the same day but I am yet to receive my SIM. Disappointing way to welcome a customer. To top it up there’s no way I can reach out to customer care- all I can interact with are AI bots.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 5G has not worked for 5 days. 4G works, 5G signal is there, but data is disconnected. Customer Care says wait 15 days. Seriously? Fix it now. #Airtel5G

    @airtelindia I have applied for new Sim, payment was made and Sim never delivered.. U got a very poor service... Ur app is also not working... I feel bsnl is far better

    No mobile network of @airtelindia in Goregaon. No outgoing or incoming calls working . Sometime it is working if wifi calls enabled. But Airtel customer care number not connecting even with wifi. Call failed errors #airtelDown @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtel Worst wifi brdbnd service in India, internet sucks and no resolution even after many complaints. Wifi id: 07926302447 No way to raise complaint on the app, their customer care is **** af. Don't recommend anyone who is looking for good wifi
