    @HathwayBrdband It's been 24-hours since my broadband connection is down, and there's no update on my service request. Your local executives are abusing. Can I get my internet back in the next 4-hours or should I switch to @excitel_rocks / @airtelindia ?

    @Airtel_Presence @TRAI @airtelindia My card is not working from last 15 days. When I had asked airtel - They are saying, my name needs to be corrected but the balance and validity of the card will become zero. Are you able to ressolve this issue without affecting the balance?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can't even talk to a superviser from past 10 days. Every customer care person was saying they have raised and Services request. Supervisor will call in 24 hours. After 10 days also I didn't get any call

    @airtelindia Since 4th August , I am following for new connection.I submitted all the documents, even removed the Airtel Black plan that I had. I have paid all dues before due date , Airtel D2H not working due to plan removal, after all these ,still waiting fibre connection
