    Hello @airtelindia , please close your customer services, they are of no use. Will never solve any issue, always pass the issue to their backend team and they are also of no use either.

    Porting my sim from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to some other better network. Haven’t seen customer service as bad as of airtel. They couldn’t even update my email id in a week. ******!
