    @airtelindia promised fibre installation today,once I paid the commitment amount no-one car to confirm,sms says installation person will come @ 4pm but he is busy clearing some backlog customer care clueless just passing the ball,not valuing your own commitment of best services

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The tower at Khuangkhaijang Village in Sangaikot Sub-Division Churachandpur Manipur -795128 which was to be made fully functional in 5G last year June is still yet to be made functional which cause lots of network problem in the area....

    @nd_sharad @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yes, situation is bad. The airtel reliability is a big question mark. In case there is no improvement the only option left is to switch to other network.
