    @airtelindia i had requested for broadband service for my residence (570007) even paid 6 months plan amount as advance post executive confirmed service is available. After 2 days i received a call stating there is no availability in locality. Is this how you serve your customer?

    I am impressed by @airtelindia lead management system. Whenever I request a customer service call or enquire about a new product, an SMS comes within seconds on when someone will call me and the call comes very promptly. Whoever is helping in their tech stack is doing a great job
