    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My connection has been severed since the last three days. The assigned engineer is not picking up the phone. The regional distributor keeps neglecting my plea to send someone to resolve my connectivity issue . What kind of customer service is this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : why you providing bias service? At the same place post paid user get 79 mbps speed and prepaid user get only 1mbps... No meaning of year advance recharge. You should stop prepaid service 😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My fibre connection has been severed since 4th December and the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Not even an engineer is assigned. Pathetic service. Worst of them all

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How many days it takes to move a connection for just 1/2km of distance. I've raised request and it's already been a week. I'm sure you are not taking it seriously otherwise it never takes this much time. I humbly request to disconnect my fiber.

    @Airtel_Presence how many times do i need to raise tickets, internet speed moves to kbps every morning pls give me a permanent solution . there are almost 30+ inc raised before this in last 3 months. pls feel little little . do you need details? @JioCare you are faaaar better.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia Hi I'm facing network issue with Airtel broadband connection. Raised complaint as well still its showing 'resolution in progress will resolve within 48 hours' also no engineer assigned for this but already crossed 48 hrs, Kindly resolved this issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hello,I am airtel retailer from karnataka.There is too much problem from the distributor and all the managers and even state head does not respond to the query properly.they sell Sims in the roads with free frc recharge from unauthorized person
