    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The service rep Vipin, his senior, and others, nobody has been of any help. Tried calling and requesting to complete services on the Airtel black helpline number. No help so far.

    @airtelindia looks like the idea behind #airtelBlack was not to give new and better services for extra bucks ,but to cut down on customer support for the users who don't buy the same. I am not able to contact support,do I need to buy airtelBlack for the same to resolve my issue

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Been trying to get a black plan 2099 with 3 mobile + dth + fibre and an add on dth, for 3 months now Totally fed up with the service, nothing is up and running yet except your dth I would like to withdraw services, cannot wait any more #airtel
