@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews The network at my place is so poor that it is difficult for me to stay connected.I am lucky if I get a signal on one or two sticks inside my house. Rolling out of 5g network seems meaningless when people are struggling to get 4g network.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've recharged my broadband on 6th march but service was suspended unethically. And Senior executive is forcing to pay some dues of bill amount which was generated by some error of the company while my connection is prepaid. Is customers are fool?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews my billing concern is not yet resolved, ther is no point in reaching out your customer support team as they are incapable of solving issue.Made around 6 calls and wasted 2 hours of time, but no luck. Today i my due date,can you remediate?
