1/ 2 Customer service @airtelindia is going down the drains. I have request to downgrade my Airtel landline plan 2 months back, and still no action has been taken. Whereas I am being charged at the higher plan. No reply from the customer service center or the local executive.

@airtelindia In 10 days you could not solve 3 issues:(1) Error while trying to download receipt.(2)Not having a unique email id & whenever I email to it, error msg "my email id is not registered with the number" even though it is registered.(3)Not having any appellate email id
