@airtelindia airtel xtream service is worst and they don't refund your money once you cancelled.... They told me that your money will refunded within 7/10 days and also share the information by call but it's already passed 22 days but my money not yet credited to me. Disgusting

They are deliberately delaying special recharges Rs 79 from @amazon.in and when customer do second recharge from other site they mature first transaction by which claim money twice and do not give double validity. @airtelindia @airtelindia started a BIG SCAM. I recharged with 379 (84 days pack)and 2798(365 days valid). Now Airtel has activated 2798 plan and destroyed my 379 plan. Even my previous plan validity was destroyed. All together 96 days gone. @TRAI.Customer care is not responding #AirtelBlack
