    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was Port my sim frm vi to airtel after activation of Airtel sim I m facing issues of income call frm only airtel number . When someone call me frm Airtel no it's show invalid number when someone call frm vi,jio,bsnl then the call was connect. Wtd?

    I'm a unlucky airtel Xtream Fibre user who doesn't use the internet about last 4 days....sir main 12.03.2023 ko complain lodge kiya tha internet use nehi kar pa raha hoon ....abhi tak o log mera issue resolved nehi kiya hai aur upar say harassment kar rahe hai ...@airtelindia

    @VodaIdea_NEWS pathetic network, city or rural. RedX plan is horrible. What's wrong? Been a customer since 2007. Since not getting network tweeting using @airtelindia network. Please improve

    @airtelindia airtel xtream service is worst and they don't refund your money once you cancelled.... They told me that your money will refunded within 7/10 days and also share the information by call but it's already passed 22 days but my money not yet credited to me. Disgusting

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence

You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raise a request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. what is the point of airtel black ?

    Chances of spotting a dinosaur are higher than getting your problem solved by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Raise a complaint → technician comes → says "can't fix it, please share OTP" → raise another complaint → repeat. And when you're finally done and want to cancel? "Sir, please talk to our senior." 30 minutes on hold just because you made the mistake of choosing Airtel. Then they have the audacity to send a bill for a service they never provided.
